JOHN WICK: CHAPTER 2 Blu-ray Release Date, Special Features, & Wicked Awesome Cover Art Revealed
Yeah, I'm thinking he's back. John Wick: Chapter 2 was a roaring success this past winter and Lionsgate Home Entertainment has just released the full set of details on its upcoming Blu-ray release!
John Wick: Chapter 2 has been one of 2017's biggest hits, both critically and commercially, having raked in nearly $160 million worldwide, to date, on a modest $40 million budget while holding a 90% Fresh certification on popular review aggregator RottenTomatoes and an "A-" Cinemascore.
A sequel hasn't been announced just yet, but director Chad Stahelski has already hinted that Chapter 3 may already be in the works, which means we'll likely be seeing plenty more of Keanu Reeves' lovable assassin in the not-so-distant future.
With the film being such a huge success, Summit Entertainment and Lionsgate Home Entertainment have officially announced the upcoming home video release and that it will arrive on Digital HD on May 23, followed by both 4K Ultra HD and Blu-ray this summer on June 13. They've also revealed the full set of special features, which should get you more than your money's worth, as well as the wicked awesome cover art.
