Yesterday, BBC One released a spiffy new image of Sherlock Holmes (Benedict Cumberbatch) and John Watson (Martin Freeman) in 19th century garb for the forthcoming Sherlock special.

Very little is known about the Sherlock special, other than the fact it will take place in Victorian London and features stars Benedict Cumberbatch, Martin Freeman and Una Stubbs. It's been widely speculated that the episode will air around Christmas 2015, though no official release date has been given. Are you excited for this classical take on Sherlock?

Benedict Cumberbatch is the best actor of this generation. Along with Tom Hardy, Gary Oldman, Leo, Idris, Oscar Isaac, etc.
