In Ant-Man and The Wasp: Quantumania's mid-credits scene, we're introduced to Kang Variants Immortus, Rama-Tut, and a character we believe is Scarlet Centurion.
Moments later, we saw literally hundreds, if not thousands, of Kangs assemble as they seemingly celebrate the death of Kang the Conqueror (a Variant whose goal was to destroy their realities). We can't figure out why else they would be howling like such loons, but the three we actually hear talk clearly believe it's time to deal with the Multiverse's Mightiest Heroes.
Avengers: The Kang Dynasty is sure to provide some answers, but one particularly cool moment comes near the end of that stinger when we see a blue-faced lizard-like Kang Variant.
As you can see above, that particular piece of imagery was based on a very specific comic book panel and some newly released behind-the-scenes photos confirm Jonathan Majors donned a lot of prosthetics for the scene. We're not sure where these images originated, but they're clearly legitimate and we'll be sure to add the proper credit when possible.
For now, you can view them in the Tweet below, but Majors is clearly ready and willing to play each and every Variant of Kang we see on screen.
If Iron Lad ever shows up, for example, we're guessing the actor will be de-aged and it's fun to see the lengths the actor will go to in order to bring this villain to life on screen.
We don't anticipate seeing much more of this particular Kang (it's interesting that his face went from orange to blue, though it does make sense). As for Immortus, he's s clearly concerned about The Avengers interfering with the Multiverse and jeopardising whatever it is these Variants are up to.
