Avengers: Infinity War brings together almost every character in the Marvel Cinematic Universe to do battle with Thanos but with Ant-Man and The Wasp set to be released in July, it's been widely reported in recent months that Scott Lang and Hope Van Dyne won't actually be making an appearance alongside the rest of Earth's Mightiest Heroes and the Guardians of the Galaxy until Avengers 4.
However, could the pint-sized superhero make an unexpected appearance in this first instalment even if it's just for a cameo appearance? Well, many fans believe they've found Scott on the new IMAX poster for Avengers: Infinity War and, as you can see below, it really does look like he's clinging on to the side of the Mad Titan's Infinity Gauntlet. So, is it him or just a trick of the light/wishful thinking?
It's hard to say for sure. He could have been included as a fun Easter Egg or this might be a hint about the role he'll play in the movie. Either way, we'll let you decide for yourselves in the comments section!
