SPOILERS: New AVENGERS: INFINITY WAR Funko Pop Reveals A Huge Moment Cut From The Movie

Like most blockbusters, Avengers: Infinity War underwent some reshoots but it seems one character, in particular, ended up with a very different role in the final act than was originally intended...

Earlier this year, you may recall seeing some toy packaging that confirmed Bruce Banner was the one piloting the Hulkbuster in Avengers: Infinity War. It showed the Jade Giant tearing his way out of the armour, an indication that the hero was finally able to transform during a key moment in the battle. However, if you've seen the movie, you'll know such a sequence never actually takes place.

Now, a Funko Pop figure has been revealed which further confirms plans for the sequence. It's hard to say for sure where it would have taken place but the moment those Outriders cover the armour or that showdown with Cull Obsidian both seem like very strong possibilities. It's also possible The Hulk would have returned upon seeing Thanos but Marvel changed their minds and decided to leave Bruce unable to transform for the time being in order to make it a significantly bigger moment in Avengers 4.

We'll have to wait and see but there's no way Avengers 4 is wrapping up without The Hulk returning to action; it's just a shame we never got to enjoy the awesome visual of him smashing his way out of the Hulkbuster armour! What do you guys think? As always, share your thoughts in the comments section.

Man, I just swore the Hulk was going to rip out the armor, when the Outriders swarmed the Hulkbuster.

I've just realized something. Everyone who turned to ash, were really just being transported into Soul World. The Soul Stone craves souls. Therefore, Gamora's soul is in Soul World, as well. The only thing is, since she was sacrificed for the stone, she can't leave Soul World.

@Luminus - Here's to hoping that Cap has to go to Vormir

Would've been cool to see happen but it didn't. Hopefully in Avengers 4, Banner will have control over the Hulk.

@Mercwitham0uth - My prediction is that the Hulk will Hulk out so hard that Banner will be destroyed. Bruce will have to sacrifice himself in order to let the Hulk take his revenge on Thanos. It would make a pretty emotional scene and also an Awesome set piece

Can understand why though, hulk would've made the superhero landing of the decade pretty weak in comparison.

I'm beginning not to like this version of lesser intelligence Bruce Banner. If Shuri is in fact the greatest mind in this universe we have seen so far, I wish it wasn't at the expense of Bruce's capabilities.

It all started when he couldn't even pronounce Wakanda in Age of Ultron

My only gripe from the movie...

@AFriendFromWork - you have to keep in mind the only reason that Shuri is so Advanced is because she's had access to vibranium her entire life just think if Tony or Bruce had, they'd be way further than she is

@RocknRolla - Vibranium doesn't make you smart. What a ridiculous comment.

@RocknRolla - For sure, right there with you on that.

@Luminus - Perhaps not, but if you put me in a room with some pretty sharp minds, I have a feeling I would get a little brighter too.

@AFriendFromWork - No, you wouldn't. You'd, in fact, seem that much dumber due to their vast knowledge overshadowing your own.

@Luminus - yeah, to use my metaphor, I would appear to be less intelligent but my ability to learn would be vastly improved.

With that in mind, I think the versatility of vibranium has a positive effect on shuris acumen
Luminus
Luminus - 5/1/2018, 1:12 AM
@AFriendFromWork - Wrong on both points. If you think that because Einstein, for example, is standing in the room with you that you're going to magically become better at learning, then I have a bridge I want to sell you. It's only $99.99!

Shuri is smarter than them. Period. End of story.

@Luminus - It makes her an expert with its capabilities and how to utilize it efficiently. And Vision is made of the stuff.
Luminus

@newhire13 - Yes, this is true. Now explain in detail how that justifies this statement: "just think if Tony or Bruce had, they'd be way further than she is"

He didn't say AS SMART as she is. He is specific in his attempt to diminish her intelligence.
