We're a little more than three weeks away from the release of Avengers: Infinity War and hype levels are at an all-time high. To mark the release of their upcoming Disney twenty-three magazine, the publication has unveiled a gorgeous piece of concept art by Marvel Studios concept artist Ryan Meinerding featuring fourteen characters from the Marvel Cinematic Universe heading into battle.

The big question many of you will probably be asking is what this tells us about the movie; is Captain America really getting his shield back and what's up with Thor having Mjolnir by his side again? For that matter, what's the deal with The Wasp heading into action when she's not supposed to appear here?

Well, bear in mind that this artwork was created specifically for this magazine to celebrate 10 years of the MCU so we really shouldn't read too much into it. However, the magazine will feature interviews with the directors of Avengers: Infinity War and cast members like Scarlett Johansson, Zoe Saldana, and Sebastian Stan. What do you think about this concept art? Share your thoughts in the usual place.

@HeavyMetal4Life - I expect the movie to have a shot of all of them circling Thanos before a fight.

Damn dude they couldn't even put Hawkeye in the 10 Year Anniversary promo?
HeavyMetal4Life
HeavyMetal4Life - 4/5/2018, 11:15 AM
@SpideyPuffsMJ - The promo also lacks Gamora, Drax, Nebula, Thanos, War Machine, Falcon, Rocket, Groot, etc. But for heaven's sake, they are "definitely" punishing Hawkeye.

@HeavyMetal4Life - Yeah sweet, I noticed them gone too, but he's seriously gotten the shaft lately. He's a goddamn founding member. It's odd.
HeavyMetal4Life
HeavyMetal4Life - 4/5/2018, 11:28 AM
@SpideyPuffsMJ - He's not "gotten the shaft" at all. He is purposely not being marketed because he has a massive role in the 4th movie. Its like people don't even read older articles on the site and just keep playing the same broken record. "Where's Hawkeye? Why is he getting the shaft? Why is he being treated this way? What did Jeremy Renner do?"

@HeavyMetal4Life - Ok again, I get that. That's why I don't get why they can't throw us a bone and put an old Hawkeye model in this random 10 year promo image featuring Tony's Iron Man 2 armor and red-head Black Widow.

@SpideyPuffsMJ - it seems like this might be half of a promo piece...

Come on my man, you know if they actually read stuff they would lose something to complain about. That's what they do...

Hype it up

Bitch about it

Compare it

Love it

Then start again with the next film. The vicious fanboy cycle.

Come on.

It is bullshit that Okoye made a 10 year anniversary piece and not Hawkeye.

@Kurne - Okoye is God!

In all seriousness, I personally have found Okoye to be far more interesting in one film, than Hawkeye has been in al his films.

Lol, and the whining continues regarding Hawkeye...

Thor also has long hair....This is obviously nothing to do with IW and just shows the road to IW.

Also, people bitching about who is on here...can you think for one second? It's probably just a piece the entire artwork. There's probably going to be a bigger foldout piece to this with EVERYONE on it.

And that is how you make a CINEMATIC UNIVERSE.

Imagine looking at that in the theater, it would EASILY top the circle shot from
'The Avengers'.

I need that in 4K, new wallpaper material, I love you Meindering.
