Does BLACK WIDOW Feature An Intriguing Wolverine-Related Easter Egg? Not Exactly...

Black Widow is now playing in theaters and on Disney+ Premiere Access, and while most of the major plot points and reveals have already been covered, the smaller nods and Easter Eggs are only beginning to come to light.

The guys over at ComicBook.com noticed what they assumed to be an interesting shot from the first act which appeared to contain a reference to a certain mutant berserker, but, as it turns out, not every little thing in these movies should be interpreted as an "Easter Egg."

While Natasha (Scarlett Johansson) and Yelena (Florence Pugh) are making their escape from Taskmaster in Budapest, their car is flipped over and winds up crashing down through the subway. As the heroes make a run for the escalator, we get a blink-and-you'll-miss-it glimpse of the name of one of the bars.

As any Wolverine fan worth their salt will no doubt be aware, The Princess Bar was the drinking establishment run by Logan while he was living in Madripoor as Patch. The same boozer actually showed up in The Falcon and The Winter Soldier at one point, so perhaps Wolvie has embraces the Princess' franchise potential?

Actually, it's just the name of a shop in Budapest.

To be fair, Marvel does love a good Easter Egg, and since we're all anxiously awaiting more details on the X-Men's imminent arrival in the MCU, this sort of thing is bound to happen. Did you guys happen to pick up on the name of this sign while watching Black Widow?

All this film was missing was Nick Fury turning up revealing he’s actually Agent Augustus Gibbons from the xXx films. Recruiting Natasha to team up with Xander Cage as Vin Diesel steps off a plane with the obligatory explosion behind him.

I saw Canada mentioned in a movie yesterday. Because Ryan Reynolds is Deadpool, Deadpool is now confirmed in any Canada-laden film.

@IcePyke - I wanted to make a joke by way of a gif about what makes it ordinary? But that place looks so generic, it's enough to kill even a poor joke.
