On Whether Or Not He's A Ladies Man Like His Son, Tony:

On Whether Or Not Howard Stark Is An Important Part Of The Movie:

"He’s important because he’s part of the machinery that helps Captain America manipulate his body."

On Whether He's A Father At This Point:

"No, he’s still a young man with lots of ambition in an extremely exciting time."

It would be cool to see to a birth of young Tony in the end or something.

I think that it would tie everything together quite nicely;)

"On Whether He's A Father At This Point:"

That's a weird question. This movie takes place over 60 years in the past. How could Tony be anywhere near being born?

cant give any nod to Tony being alive because that would make Tony 65 years old in Iron Man. Maybe a real Gervais (human form) or maybe a young-ish Nick Fury (who is probably kept "young" somehow through out the years)..cant see Stark being a HUGE part of the film however

i think featuring Howard IS the connection to Tony, ya know? seems like a baby Stark would be a bit gratuitous.

Excellent to hear, sounds like he will be a fun addition to the experience.

***Aside from the great article, what is up with the shitty HTML we've got going on here? The text and columns are all over the place, and those damned scroll down ads cover up half of everything. Is there any way we can fix this? Is anyone else experiencing this?

Thanks guys! I have to say that I'm very excited to see what Stark's role in the movie will be. This is probably the most interesting interview that Cooper has done about it, so now I'm even more psyched because it sounds awesome. Hell, the whole movie is shaping up to be epic!

SciFiNut: I was having the same problem as well until teabag told me how to sort it...just click on that "Compatability View" icon next to the "Refresh" symbol at the top of your browser and that should sort it out! :)
