After months of searching, I have found an artist connected to the awaited, First Avenger: Captain America. On twitter, I found that Raj Marwa is apart of the design of for Captain America's costume. Check out the tweets:

MarvelFreshman:So there you have it. I thought Marvel would have this together by now. But it is 18 long months before the film is released, so I'm sure they could get things together. I just don't want another pushback.
UPDATE: Raj Marwa, who claimed via Twitter that he is involved with designing several movie costumes for Marvel and DC, has just released this video response directly aimed at the users of ComicBookMovie.com:
