No. No. Bad bad bad. Fan fiction. Spidey needs to be by himself. I hate him with the avengers. It doesn't make sense to me. I don't like wolverine on the avengers either. I don't like I humans as avengers or lady Thor. Or winter soldier. It's weird.

NO. Marvel needs to recast Spidey if he's going to be in the MCU.... I can't stand Sony's version, and I don't want to think of those crappy TASM films while I'm watching the MCU....

I'd prefer to see Tobey Maguire over Andrew. It will be Black Panther in CA3 though.

Its just never going to end. Every time he doesn't show up, these people just hope for him to be in the next big Marvel movie.

I doubt it'll happen but, honestly, it is more of a possibility than people are giving you credit for. Think about it, just for one second, people. SONY is in financial trouble. Their SPIDER-MAN franchise isn't doing as well as they had hoped. In order to renew interest in the franchise, they've decided to focus on the spin-offs first and the main character second. They pushed THE AMAZING SPIDER-MAN 3 back to 2018. What if that is to give screenwriters more time to, not only fix what they thought was wrong with TASM2, but to also prepare for the added adventure he had with Captain America? Now, think about this for a second, Spider-Man isn't going to appear in a film until 2018. He doesn't have the benefit of being in an Avengers film. However, Iron Man 3 made over one billion dollars having come out after the last Avengers film. Captain America: The Winter Soldier is hailed as a truly fantastic film. The same team that was behind Captain America: The Winter Soldier is behind Captain America 3. SONY needs to get some good buzz around Spider-Man again, Marvel can accomplish that, and lay the groundwork for their villain team-up film to do well later in the year by attaching it to the brand. If SONY understands that they just need to build that, they might even let MARVEL use him for free, as long as they use their version, in order to cross-promote and keep out of the production as much as possible. Story wise, it wouldn't be hard to implement a connection, if done right. From a business standpoint, using Captain America 3 would really help SONY and it would also help MARVEL, who will be reeling after Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice. If Batman v. Superman doesn't deliver, MARVEL will. If Batman v. Superman does deliver, MARVEL can offer some great team-up content in order to stay with them. And, think of the buzz, that both SONY and MARVEL will get because nothing of this scale has EVER been done before. It'd be a great business move if SONY really understood what they needed to do. That would be a deal that MARVEL wouldn't pass up. No sir.

@AlphaAndDecima Marvel Studios was pretty heavily involved in the origin story of Spider-Man. Marc Webb said that there wasn't a single decision that was made without their input. The only thing they went back on Marvel for was the seeming insignificance on Uncle Ben's killer (which I completely agree with). The second film, on the other hand, had SONY try to break away and do their own things without most of Marvel Entertainment's help. The character was crafted in much the same way the modern Iron Man and such is. Plus, whether you like it or not, the problems and reservations people have the franchise (at least critically), has very little, if at all, to do with Garfield's Peter Parker or Spider-Man, who is widely seen as a likeable protagnist. The biggest problem with the franchise is the villains, which I'd argue is also Marvel Studios' weak point. The problem, though, is SONY is determined to make a film focused around the villains where as Marvel only uses the villains as a means to an end. I don't like Marvel would have any problem with it, quite honestly. If they can get their flagship character for free, no matter what it might entail, I'd bet my right nut they'd take it. The only question is: is SONY really that desperate?

I honestly hate This Spiderman. I don't know if it's Garfield or the writing be comes of as a cocky prick. Iron man it made sense he's [frick]ing rich and has done something with his life. Parker [frick]s with people, does what ever he wants, is rude, the high five at graduation...like that's not Peter Parker.Parker is a nerdy guy who has quips and one liners. This Parker genuinely believes he's baddass and untouchable and when Gwen died I wasn't even sad because he sucks so bad.
