I approve of Red Hood, but Arsenal's needs a little more thought put into it. Go back to the costume when he used guns.

Red Hoods costume is sick as [frick] idc what anyone else says. Arsenals is cool too but I am part of the crowd with the whole baseball cap thing. Why the hell is he wearing it? is it a homage to green arrow maybe? it cant be part of his actual costume cause it dont even match.
