DC seems to have more interesting story-lines and broad scopes with their characters. Heres a few of the DC event comics: The Judas Contract, Crisis on Infinite Earths, Blackest Night, Infinite Crisis, Sinestro Corp War, Death and Rebirth of Superman, Zero Hour, Identity Crisis, and Final Crisis. Marvel has from what I have read and looked on the webs: The Infinity saga, Secret Wars, One More Day(AAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH), House of M, Civil War, Secret Invasion, Dark Reign, Siege, Clone Saga, and Dark Phoenix Saga. It is tough to compare these 2 considering both companies have different characters. Also DC did the one thing Marvel hasn't done. DC has condensed a ton of universes and characters into a smaller batch of universes, Marvel has one main universe and a variety of multiverses that on occasion conjoin but never held together like DC.
