To date Marvel has pushed out movie length animated films that include, Ultimate Avengers, Ultimate Avengers 2, The Invincible Iron Man, Doctor Strange, The Next Avengers and soon Hulk Vs. From what I can tell of these movies marvel is using them to tell the origins of the main character/team of each of the movies. In my opinion they have been very well done and the stories have been really good. As far as for the next one I would suggest a Silver Surfer animated movie or Moon Knight or even Dare Devil/Elektra. Basically the direction I would like to see them go is to expand on the current main stream superheroes and explain some misunderstood super heroes. There are others like the ones I have mentioned that I believe if people heard there story and seen what they are about they could be as popular as any other super heroes in the main stream. Well that is my suggestion, what are yours...

I agree. They should make movies with characters that the public is more unfamiliar with so they can get to know them. That way, people won't be so confused when they see them on the big screen.

I'd like to see a mature animated Punisher. Something dark and gritty and stylish, perhaps even in an anime style. Or even a standalone Venom movie, completely void of Spider-Man, maybe based on one of the many miniseries he's been in. If you really wanted to get hopeful, maybe even with Carnage.

I know Marvel typically makes movies to showcase their characters instead of their stories, but I think what DC did with The New Frontier was one of the best animated comic book movie's ever. I'd love to see that done, maybe with something like 1602. It'd never happen, but I'd like to see it.

i hated those Avengers movies, terrible voice acting and animation imo. DC does animation so much better, New Frontier was indeed epic marshmallow..and Justice League unlimited is better than any Marvel animated movie ive seen...although Wolverine and the xmen is great and i actually though the young avengers movie was ok too!
