Please Help Grade This Tales of Suspense Comic ---The Debut Of IRON MAN

What's your best guess on this comics rating? It's my comic and I'm looking to get it CGC rated, just curious what you guys think it might come in at? I know were not all professional graders, but some of you guys really know this stuff. So what do you think? Thanks for the help!

I would say 4.5 to 5. Still I would get it CGC graded just so that there is no more depreciation to the value. If you do get it graded let me know what the graded it at please.
