THE TWILIGHT SAGA: NEW MOON director Chris Weitz takes the stage at San Diego Comic-Con, followed by stars Ashley Greene (Alice Cullen), Kristen Stewart (Bella Swan), Taylor Lautner (Jacob Black) and Robert Pattinson (Edward Cullen).



And, after a brief Q&A... they left the stage...

It's OK. I think what knocks it down a few pegs is it is just written from the wrong perspective. I think if it was from Edward's view, it would make a lot more sense. Plus we would get a lot more of the real hero in the series, which is freaking Carlisle. That man is a F'n hardass!

Since we get Bella's perspective, we don't know what Edward's reasoning is. So he looks like a creepy ass stalker.

I've heard that the 5th book was supposed to be the 1st book from Edward's view, which I think would be awesome. But it got leaked and then Meyer's had a hissy fit over it so she won't finish it. From what got leaked though, it sounds pretty good.

Besides, the best vampire book released in the last 10 years is Baltimore: The Steadfast Tin Soldier and the Vampire by Mike Mignola and Christopher Golden. That book is just amazing.

Some advice for people who think twilight is a good movie. Go watch Bram Stokers Dracula, even better go read the damn book. The only vampire movie with teenagers worth anything is the lost boys. This twilight shit is for these screaming little jonas brothers fans, absolute rubbish.

LOL! Lost Boys? Really? Don't get me wrong, it is a staple of my youth and I love the movie... But it is terrible! The movie Bram Stoker's Dracula was awesome though.

Twilight was a horrid abomination. New Moon will be the same. Seriously, I don't make generalizations like this often, but I'd say that if you were entertained in anyway by the first one, you really have no concept of what makes a good movie. Seriously, it is nearly unwatchable. Kristen and Robert were completely devoid of any emotion or chemistry, making the whole interaction of the 2 characters extremely awkward. When a movie makes you scoff and sigh aloud at it's absurdity, it is a shitty movie, hands down, no more debate.

Gawd I hate this Twilight crap. I've went out of my not to know anything about this series, but are they supposed to be bringing werewolves into the franchise with 'New Moon.' I hope not, cause if they are going to be anything like Twilight vampires, the werewolves will not turn into hideous killing machines each full moon, but lovable little puppies!

Shadowelfz, sorry dude, but you are just about dead on with what they are doing with werewolves in this horrid franchise. They aren't werewolves at all, but druids who change from a man into a wolf... like the ones you see at the zoo... at least that's how I'd describe it. I wondered the same thing so I actually watched the Newmoon trailer, I'm sorry guys, please, can you ever forgive me.
