What I Think Will Probably End Up Being The Best Comic-Book Movies of 2016

There's a LOT of Comic Book Movies coming out in the next few months, which will be good, which will be bad.. we don't know yet. But if history has proven anything, there will be at least one bad movie this year. Wonder which one it is? Why don't you hit the jump to find out!

There is quite an assortment of Comic-Book trash coming out this year, but which will be the best of the worst? Which will tower above the others? Well let's get through this list to find out.

7. Captain America : Civil Bore

You know what people really don't care about anymore? Typical superhero movies.  And Civil Snore looks to be just that. More conversation fights between Cap and Tony, maybe Cap will die only to be resurrected a year later? Who really cares. It's cool to see them reviving the Avengers 'tv movie' style of cinematography though, that shot in the nice empty airfield took all the hype I had out of this movie.

6. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2 : Out Of The Shadows

OH MAN DID YOU SEE THAT KRANG WAS GONNA BE IN THIS MOVIE? AND SHREDDER? AND BEBOP? OH MAN AND THE TURTLES LOOK LIKE TURTLES? OH MAN THIS IS GONNA BE GREAT YOU GUYS. IT DOESN'T MATTER IF IT GETS 0/10 ON IMDB, THIS IS GONNA BE MINE.

Probably gonna be average though.

5. Doctor Strange

Doctor Strange has a lot of talent behind it. The writer of Prometheus, the writer of Sinister 2, and even the director of Hellraiser 5 and the Day the Earth Stood Still reboot! With all this quality talent behind the scenes, there is no way this movie will be bad.

Although personally, I could just watch Sorceror's Apprentice and save myself the wait.

4. Deadpool

Meh, to be quite honest, this will probably end up being the best comic related movie of the year. Deadpool is a pretty good character when he isn't 'Waypool' so I'm sure the movie will be fine. A lot of people like to cite Deadpool as a bad character but he isn't, he just needs to be used correctly. With all the positive reception around the movie, It's probably fine.

3. Batman V. Superman : Yawn Of Justice

Oh man oh man, a new Batman movie. Gonna be good you guys, gonna be really good. But whatever, y'know, it'll probably be better than Man of Steel 'cuz Chris Terrio.

It probably will be pretty good to be honest, the only people I've seen complain about it are middle aged podcasters addicted to energy drinks.

2. Suicide Squad

I really like Suicide Squad in the comics, they're probably my favorite team of characters as strange as that might be. Buuuuut, Suicide Squad will probably be pretty good. David Ayer is writing and directing and he is a brilliant writer. This will probably be a big surprise to everyone, and personally I'm very interested in a comic movie that's actually different. There's never been a comic movie from the villain's perspective so it should be a breath of fresh air to the already muggy state of things.

1. X-Men | Apocalypse

X-Men Apocalypse will probably end up being the best CBM of the year. Despite what some autistic losers may have you believe, the X-Men Movies have been the most consistently good CB franchise of the past 5 years.  The movie has a lot of talent behind it and is sure to have some more stellar performances.

Personally, I love the X-Men and having them change things around never bothered me. Sure, you can do it comic accurate, but I have always enjoyed the idea of putting your own spin on the characters. The X-Men movies have thrived off being different from other Comic Movies ever since First Class, so I am naturally very excited to see where the world goes from here.

(note this is not a parody list, xmen apocalypse is gonna be pretty tight)

Considering how you had your lips firmly glued to Fant4stics ass with predictions of greatness, you don't exactly have a talent for these sort of things.

The list might not be a parody, but I'm sure your comments about each movie are.

The Autism quip is uncalled for ...especially when anyone on the spectrum can write a better, more reputable article than this (intentionally satirical or not.) The hatred for people with neurological disorder is silly. "Let's make fun of people who think logically, process information correctly, and can express those opinions more eloquently than us" makes no reasonable sense. It also taps into something a lot darker as there are groups of people who come at Autism as if it were a disease and want to eliminate it (the same sentiment was applied to homosexuality and even race.)
