DOCTOR STRANGE IN THE MULTIVERSE OF MADNESS: Check Out Some Hi-Res Shots Of The Sequel's Most Fantastic Cameo

Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness didn't take us on quite the wild ride through alternate realities we expected, but the sequel did spend a fair bit of time on Earth-838. 

That world was home to The Illuminati, a group of "heroes" who killed their Doctor Strange after he put reality at risk in an effort to defeat Thanos. Among their members was Reed Richards, a.k.a. Mister Fantastic. The leader of the Fantastic Four was played by John Krasinski in what can only be described as a casting dream come true for the majority of fans.

Whether the actor and filmmaker will reprise the role in Marvel Studios' Fantastic Four reboot remains to be seen, but with the Doctor Strange sequel now on Disney+, we have a better look at the hero.

That costume is hard to fault, and definitely the best big screen take on the outfits worn by Marvel's First Family. Ultimately, this Reed - who confirmed that he was married with children - was brutally murdered by the Scarlet Witch, and we can also take a closer look at how she took him out below. 

Of course, the biggest talking point for many fans is the way Reed makes his entrance to join his fellow members of The Illuminati. That teleportation device is very similar to the doorways created by He Who Remains in Loki, and lends weight to the theory that the MCU's Nathaniel Richards/Kang the Conqueror will be related to Reed somehow.

Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness is now playing in theaters. It then arrives on Disney+ on June 22 and hits Blu-ray, 4k Ultra HD, and DVD on July 26.
