POLL: By The Hoary Hosts Of Hoggoth! Who Should Play DOCTOR STRANGE?
The shortlist for Doctor Strange isn't so short, especially as Joaquin Phoenix and a number of other actors were added on Friday! Unless Marvel surprise us, we now have an idea of who may play the Sorcerer Surpreme, but which of them do you think is the best choice? Here's your chance to decide...
What a week it's been! We kicked things off with the news that Robert Downey Jr. has joined the cast of Captain America 3 as Marvel look to kick off Civil War. As if that wasn't big enough, this was followed by Warner Bros. revealing their full slate of DC Comics movies and confirmation of who will play Aquaman and The Flash on the big screen. Oh, and what about those A-List stars in the running for Suicide Squad? One we've heard about almost every day however is Doctor Strange.
Many new names have been thrown into the mix and even a few older ones (like Jaoquin Phoenix and Benedict Cumberbatch) re-entered the fray. Marvel Studios are casting a wide net when it comes to finding the right actor to play the Sorcerer Supreme, but as of right now, we still have no idea who will play the surgeon turned mystical superhero. It doesn't sound as if deals are anywhere near closing, but with any luck a press release will hit Marvel.com before the year is over.
For now though, we want to hear which actor YOU want to see play Doctor Strange! It's hard to imagine more names being added to the list week this week, but you never know. If you do have any other suggestions, be sure to let us know in the comments section below!
