Batman: Arkham City Sequel: How My Story Should Be

Story:
The Joker is dead for good, people of Gotham are cheering for Batman, but he's hunted down by GCPD for making him a murderer. Because they think he broke the first rule. Gotham don't want him hunted down, they want him to become a Mayor of Gotham instead of Quincy Sharp(I know it's sounds ridiculous). But that's not all it has. Harley has a baby. It's a girl, white skin, green hair, red lips, but doesn't smile. What they don't know, is that they are about to get assassinated by a mysterious anti-hero who is thanking Batman for killing Joker for him, but he also wants to kill him for not finishing their "legacy". Batman also knows that Scarface is working for Harley and tells him that she wants to kill him...and take off the mask of him. Catwoman tries to find Julian Day, but finds herself trapped in Falcone's district, which there may be a connection between her and Carmine Falcone...or is there? Meanwhile, Robin tries to stop the Great White Shark and Black Mask as they are working together to stop anyone who stands in their way. Nightwing finds Azrael, but also find out that he's not alone of this situation. There is a person named Phantasm, and it wants to kill Azrael to stop the burning of Gotham. Ra's Al Ghul is convincing Batman to trust him because Talia is dying and there is not enough power for Lazarus Pit to recharge, but he knows someone who can provide with this type of problem. Thomas Elliot is on the loose and tries to frame Bruce Wayne which will happen at REAL Bruce Wayne's birthday. Killer Croc destroyed the TITAN too, but who else has got the last remaining TITAN formula? Scarecrow! He plans to make Gotham to turn into a realistic nightmare and he plans to use the TITAN as "Plan B" if his primary plan will fail. If you don't know what I mean, I mean, he's gonna use it on himself to turn from Scarecrow...to Scarebeast!!!
