Synopsis:
A mission of mercy sends two children to a magical world in another dimension, Eustace and Jill are two misfit schoolchildren who discover that a garden shed on the school's grounds is actually a gateway to the magical land of Narnia. Eustance had visited Narnia years before, and is troubled to discover King Caspian has aged considerably. Caspian is troubled by the disappearance of his son, Prince Rilian, who had been kidnapped years earlier. With the help of the King's helper Puddlegum and the enchanted lion Aslan, Eustace and Jill set out to find the lost prince and reunite him with his father.

ASLAN:LIAM NEESON
Neeson would be one of the only 3 returning cast members from the previous films, however he would be the continuity of that world. He voiced Aslan perfectly majestic and regal just as he should be.

EUSTACE:WILL POULTER
The 2nd cast member to return from the franchise would be Will Poulter as Eustace Scrubb. He was one of the more enjoyable parts of VDT, and brought his character exactly like the book.

JILL:DAKOTA BLUE RICHARDS
Dakota is no stranger to fantasy having had the lead role in the film "The Golden Compass!" She is roughly around the same age as Poulter so if they were not to make this film for a few years they would still be around the same age when its made. Plus she has the spunk and acting skills needed for this role.

PRINCE RILIAN:TOM HIDDLESTON
The role of Prince Rilian needs to be performed by an actor who has a lot of depth with in him and switch back through emotions in an instance. Hiddleston is the perfect match for Rilian, his turn as Loki proved he has what it takes to go from timid, confident and just flat out insane all in a matter of seconds.

THE LADY OF THE GREEN GIRDLE:MIRANDA RICHARDSON

Miranda would be perfect as the villain in this film, she would be a far cry from reusing Tilda Swinton again lol. Miranda was great as Queen Mab in the Merlin mini-series, and would fit right as the Green Lady.

PUDDLEGLUM:BILL NIGHY
Bill was originally support voice the character of Reepicheep however I think Puddleglum is more suited towards him. He has the build and just the over all presence that is needed for a marsh wiggle.

OLD KING CASPIAN:JEREMY IRONS
In this tale years have passed since we have seen Caspian he is an old and frail king about to enter into his death bed. Jeremy Irons is getting on in his years and I think he is at that point where he could play an elderly Caspian on screen. He would work well off of Hiddleston too.

THE QUEEN MOTHER:CATE BLANCHETT
Her role is by far the most crucial to the entire film, because it is her death that sets in place the entire plot. Blanchett would work well as the queen of Narnia and Rilians mother.

TRUMPKIN:PETER DINKLAGE
Peter Dinklage is the final cast member to return from the previous films. He has a small cameo at the beginning but an important one.

GLIMFEATHER THE OWL:MARTIN SHORT (VOICE/MOCAP)
Martin short would be the final bit of casting for this movie. He would be Glimfeather the owl who first encounters the children in Narnia and takes them to the court of Narnia and the Marshwiggles. He would perform the character through mocap/voice acting.

This cast is all fine with me but I am a bit confused as I read on yesterday that The Magician's Nephew has already gone into production. Are they shooting Magician's Nephew and The Silver Chair at the same time like they did with Pirates: Dead Mans Chest and At World's End?
