A little bit about our challengers although I think most of you know already.

He's the freaking Hulk. Nuff' said.

Colossus

Piotr Nikolaievitch Rasputin is the Russian powerhouse of the X-men. He has the ability to transform his entire body into a form of 'organic steel'. When he transforms, he gains around a foot in height and his weight is at least doubled. In his armored form, Colossus possesses superhuman levels of strength, as well as superhuman stamina and durability. While in his armored form, Colossus requires no food, water, or even oxygen to sustain himself, and is extremely resistant to injury. He is capable of withstanding great impacts, high caliber bullets, falling from great heights, temperature extremes of hot and cold, electricity, and certain magical attacks.

Colossus is also an excellent hand-to-hand combatant, having received training from Wolverine and Cyclops. He also has had training in acrobatics and sword fighting from Nightcrawler.

Scenario:

In down town Brooklyn, Benjamin Grimm is a well known individual. People walking the street wave and say hello to the man known to the world as The Thing. Today he is casually walking to the newstand to grab a copy of Hussler (which he swears is for Johnny) when he hears the words that every cape in the world loathes to hear.

`The Hulk is on a rampage!!!!` screams a citizen running in the opposite direction.

`Well it looks like no rest for this pile of rocks.` and as the Thing throws off his over coat and runs around the corner he witnesses something that he has only ever seen in his nightmares. Locked in battle is the Hulk and none other than the super powered zombie Solomon Grundy.

Now normally Ben Grimm would let these two maniacs kill each other, but in the process of their battle innocents are being thrown into harms way. The Thing knows that strength and pure destructive power of the Hulk when he is on a rampage and decides to take him down first, using the help of that white skinned freak. But right as he is about to rush into battle...

`Hold comrade. It is good to be seeing another cape here to help in this fight.` came a voice from behind. The Thing turns around to be face to face with the giant Colossus. `Come my orange friend. We must smash Solomon Grundy and help Dr. Bannar before it is too late.`

`Now wait just an ever lovin minute. We gotta stop the Hulk first. He`ll bring down this whole town and my Aunt Petunia be damned if hes gonna destroy this part of my town.` responded the Thing.

`Surely you do not mean that comrade Thing. Dr. Banner is our ally and our friend. We must help him` pleaded Colossus.

`Your a durned fool if you think that is Banner. Thats the Hulk `comrade` and I`m taking him down` shouted the Thing as he rushed into battle. Grimm got one solid punch to the Hulks face before a metal hand came up on his shoulder`.

`I cannot let you do that comrade.` and as Colossus uttered those words he throw the unsuspecting Thing across the street to come crashing down on a parked station wagon.

The Thing happened to land next to Solomon Grundy who looked at him with surprise. `Solomon Grundy...kill...SHINY MAN!!! KILL GREEN MAN!!!`

And so the battle lines were drawn, some out of friendship and some out of necessity. You decide who wins.

While I'd dearly enjoy reading a Hulk vs. Colossus, I'm afraid that my favorite X-Man powerhouse wouldn't pose a serious enough challenge. Your analysis of his powers is spot on with a few exceptions. The organic steel his body converts too is most closely related to Osmium, one of the densest metals in existence. His weight is more than doubled, reaching about half a ton. Also his speed and agility are incredible in this form, especially when compared to other comic characters with his level of strength and durability. He would pound the Thing into gravel. However, in World War Hulk, Hulk messed Colossus up pretty bad.

Grundy and Thing would be a better fight in the long run.

I misinterpreted the entire article, lol. Hulk/Colossus would so definitely crush the opposition it's unthinkable.

lol yeah the hulk is always too strong
but cant really have this kind of battle without him
and the Colossus powers analysis is mostly from wikipedia lol i removed the part about Osmium because i just wanted to add really relevant information.

So i'm pretty sure that they have all died, but Solomon Grundy has the ability to come back to life. so who do you kill the undead? got to throw that in there as well.
