SUPERMAN – JOE MANGANIELLO (Alcide from true Blood)
Joe, along with Ian Somerhalder (No, I haven’t cast him as Batman) are my favourite televison actors. Joe has the acting chops and the built that is required for The Man of Steel…
DDD used Ryan McPartlin aka Captain Awesome from Chuck…that’s pretty good casting in my opinion
…and please don’t Jon Hamm me!

BATMAN – ANDY WHITFIELD
Spartacus as Batman would be fantastic… I considered Stephen Moyer due to the fact that he would compliment my Superman, Flash and Aquaman picks
LEE’s Batman pick, Jeffrey Donovan is the best “Older” Batman pick I’ve seen on here!

WONDER WOMEN- TANIT PHOENIX
This South African actress/model has had small roles in films such as Lord of War and Gallowwalker… her acting is decent enough for this role
Google her…

THE FLASH – RYAN KWANTEN (another True Blood cast member)
It makes sense, doesn’t it?
Kwanten would also make a good Human Torch


MARTIAN MANHUNTER – LANCE REDDICK
I can’t explain this...go watch Fringe!
I considered old man Hamm for this role by the way…

AQUAMAN – ALEXANDER SKARSARD
Just look at him!!!
This guy resembles the character and is a great actor (watch true Blood)

GREEN LANTERN – LUCAS BRYANT
Bryant stars in the television series Haven. I originally wanted to use him as Superman because of his height and chin… but he doesn’t have the built.
Some idiot is going to ask me why I haven’t used Reynolds…


I decided to throw in an extra member…

GREEN ARROW – JENSEN ACKLES
Think of Dean Winchester with a goatee and a green suit… it would work

Im sorry if none of this is making sense… I’ve had 4 hours of sleep and my anti - biotics are making me drowsy as hell !

This is pretty cool man.

The only ones I'm not sure about are your MM and Batman picks cuz I haven't really seen em' act. But I reckon Kwanten and Skarsgard would be able to pull of their roles on the big screen.

And though Skarsgard is great for Aquaman, I'd prefer Simon Baker.

Anyways, apart from Joe I'll give ya thumbs up, its 1 - 1 at the mo and its better than that, so gotta make it 2 - 1!!!

Would luv to see this on TV, better than CW's JUSTICE!

@LEE...Lol, Justice sounds more like a BBC crime series or a Law and Order spinoff...
Imagine a tv series that chronicles the lives of the GCPD-Gordon,Bullock,Bard,Montoya...with the occasional Batman villain And Horatio Kane~

superman-joe manganiello the guy is a pretty

good actor, but at 6'5" with this cast it's

not going to work...besides i dont like

this guy for superman.


batman-andy whitfield loved this guy in spartacus

but like i mention above with joe at 6'5" and andy

coming in at 5'11" i cant see this cast working

together. i do like the idea of whitfield becoming

the bat especially the t.v. version. superman shouldnt

make batman look like his kid brother..in the comics

superman is 1in taller and 15lbs bigger that's it..

so they should be close in size.


wonder woman-t.phoneix dont know anything about her

but she sure looks the part from the photo...is she

tall,built,and can act or is she just a pretty face?


flash- ryan kwante i like the pick just the wrong

flash with ryan im thinking more wally than barry.

the guy already doing a little wally on trueblood

as jason stackhouse he owns that role.


mm-lance reddick this guy is a solid actor and he's

usually in command roles...with his odd features and

steely cold presence i'd believe he's from another

planet...great pick!!


green lantern-lucas bryant i've seen him on haven he's decent

i wont say no but im not totally behind it either

it is for t.v. so yea he'll work.


green arrow-jensen eckles do i even need to say why

i love this pick...watch supernatural!!!


aquaman- alexander skargard another guy 6'4" making your

batman pick look

like inch high private eye lol. again i like this pick

change your batman to match up with everyone else

even though i like the batman pick way more than the

superman. even still nicely done im sure most will agree

with most of your picks.

Gambit: like most of your picks, but like
thunderguy mention I just think joe is
way too tall to play Superman.

I like whitfield would probally make an
excellent Batman in a solo series. The guy
has above acting ability,has the look,and
has shown action isnt a problem.

Love the FLASH also, but I see him as Wally
and yes he'd make an excellent HUMAN TORCH
also.

My favorite picks along with FLASH is GREEN ARROW
and AQUAMAN..OUTSTANDING picks DUDE!!!

Love the cast but I do agree maybe you should go with a 6'2 actor fo the role of Bruce Wayne. I Really Like Supes being 6'5 it's more suiting for such a powerhouse.

Unless your Batman is going to lose weight and hair due to chemotherapy I don't think that dude is a good choice.

Man.... I've wanted that serious take on Gotham PD TV series too since the comic book came out... kudos dude, it is a must, damn WB has all this gold but does [frick] all with it, except turning Smallville into TWILIGHT and [frick]ing up HEX!

Still, at least GREEN LANTERN is gonna be big!!!

Oh yeah, I forgot about RED.... more WILDSTORM than DC tho.

Supes cuz I think he fits pretty good, thanks
for the shout out!

I'd replace Batman with Joe. He makes a better
Batman. Andy is too small.

Ryan's a tall 6'3" so with shoe lifts he would
look the same height as Joe as Batman.
I think Batman should be a really big guy cuz he
isn't super-powered, he fights with his wits and
savvy! He needs to be a big and powerful man to
be the tough guy he is! Joe fits that bill!

Plus I like the idea of Batman being in that
impenetrable, fireproof, nearly
indestructible highly-flexible high-tech cloth
suit that he's in, in the picture I have here.
Not armor just that impervious thick fabric and
his big badassery of a bod!

This is a fine cast tho' and I love this idea!
I meant no disrespect for your fancast here at
all! Only showed my pic here of Joe to display
the tough fabric Batman suit with seams!

Great fancast for TV! Quite possibly even for
the big screen!

Especially love LANCE REDDICK as MM. He'd make
a badazz downright scary Detective Jones/Man-
hunter from ancient Mars!

He's frightening as tough-as-nails Boss-Agent
Broils on FRINGE.
