Are you ready for the Justice League? I can say I'm defintely eager to see what they have in stored for a D.C. Ultimate team up movie.
For todays Fan Art I decided to go with the classic Action Comic's comic book cover style.  This was the first apearance of the Man of Steel in a comic book. I used Henry Cavill in honor of the DC Extend Universe's Man of Steel movie. Hope you guys like it!

This is the Original Comic Book Cover.

@Odin - They were there in Metropolis as well as Bruce Wayne that terrible day the Khryptonians destroyed half of the city.

This made me think of how dope it would've been if in MOS we saw a parallel of this panel.

A family are trying to get out of/across town in a car. The World Machine causes everything on the streets (including their car) to lift off the ground. Before the car hits the ground, Superman catches the car in a similar fashion to this picture you have here.

It'd also be an interesting parallel to the original comic, because in that Superman was the one crashing the car, not saving it.

But if Snyder was to parallel it it'd probably be with a tank and of Superman smashing Zod with it. Which, admittedly, almost would've been just as awesome.
