The Dark Knight Rises Ending My Take

What I think happened at the end of the dark knight rises

Editorial Opinion

Let me start this off by saying this is my first editorial for this sight so I will keep it short and simple. I am writing this editorial to state my opinion on how batman survived the blast.

I like to think that batman when he was outta sigh of Gordon and the others he exited the bat and entered in the coordinates to fly over seas and out of range of Gotham and he drove off in his tumbler.

This is what I like to think happened but I would like to read some of your theories in the comments.

Not quite sure how he'd drive off in his Tumbler without anyone noticing, considering every bridge has been destroyed and the entire island is sealed off.

This kind of irritates me - not your comment, but the ridiculous directions Nolan went with the material.

It would have made perfect sense for John Blake to be Carrie Kelly, and awesome as well. Superman COULD have had a cameo, in the exact same capacity as his role was before the legendary Batman vs Superman fight where he redirects the course of a soviet missile. Batman could have had a heart attack fighting Bane at the end, and although it may have been cheesy, it would have been a lot more emotional to have cops and civilians swarming Bane in retaliation... than to have Selina shoot him with a Bat Pod cannon.

Buuuuuuut we didn't get that.

I just remember sitting through about 3 hours of dumb shite happening. A pussified Bruce, Batman suited up for 30 min of the movie, character trust and bs just to make the story work. It was a mess. Begins had the best comic style and story going for it, TdK had the best villain, this was just a dissapointing horror show.
