This was always gonna be a streaming watch for me. That being said, I'm glad people seemed to enjoy it and I somewhat look forward to it.

I went with my kid to watch this movie, he is big on D&D and for me the movie was horrible, no plot, bad CGI, just sub-par. He said that there were no dice shown and other stuff that would have made it better with the board game. For me as non-DD, it was BAD and would not recommend to anyone. won't go to see one of these again!! Even Michele Rodriguez couldn't lift this monstrosity, it only had 1 dragon and he was obese, terrible.

Really glad I made it out to theaters for this one. I know nothing about D&D but had a lot of fun with this. Wish it had performed better but it’ll likely do well out of theaters.

I liked the movie well enough, but i wish they did not go the slapstick comedy route with the franchise. I think if they took it more serious it could potentially compete with more popular sword and sorcerer franchises like Game of thrones and Lord of the rings!

@Forthas - I feel D&D should have been a serious cable series like Game Of Thrones.

@AnthonyVonGeek - Totally agree. I am baffled why that made it a comedy.

If it was DnD , and the main guy was a bard , why didn't he have any magic ?
