Disney has released the teaser one-sheet for the fourth Pirates of the Caribbean film, On Stranger Tides. In the film, Johnny Depp's Captain Jack Sparrow may have found true love in the form of Penelope Cruz' character.

A woman from his past, Jack doesn't know if he can trust her or if she's using him to find the Fountain of Youth. The film is scheduled for a May 20, 2011 release.

This movie is gonna be awesome. Johnny Depp is awesome. Pirates are awesome. Penelope Cruz is...acceptable.

Each of the "Pirates" skull logos is slightly different from the others.

The first film had the skull with the swords crossed, and the little skeleton charms on the left.

The second had crossed torches, weird little charms on the left, and a little voodoo doll on the right.

The third had crossed bones, and Chinese beads/buttons on the right.

The fourth reuses the first logos' swords and skeleton charms (on the right this time), but has a metallic skull and lacks Jack's "piece of eight" that got stolen in the third movie.

Which has me thinking that a) the return of the skeleton charms might point at a reuse of the Aztec gold from the first film and b) that the metallic skull may have a larger signifigance... perhaps some price for drinking from the Fountain of Youth?

@ED Isn't it "Tides" and not "Ties"? They're all probably working titles anyway. "Shores" has a better ring to it, IMO.

This movie will be as bad as the others. Maybe even worse. I have 0% confidence that it will be good. You can't take the secondary character and make the whole series about him. Jack Sparrow wasn't supposed to be the hero of the series, Will was. Too bad they made Will get portrayed by a whiny no talent pansy. Of cousre Johnny Depp is going to outshine Orlando Bloom. Way to go Disney. You could have made the pirates movies really bad ass by having a badass Will Turner that was the coolest pirate ever instead of a fairy. now we're stuck with Keith Richards as our Pirates hero. And don't even get me started on that whore Elizabeth Swan!!!

Idiot4lolz, I believe Dead Man's Chest and At World's End both had skull promotional posters out there. I've seen them out in the wild lol. So hopefully that helps jog your memory :)

For the record, I hate the twilight movies. I chose this username cuz its the name of a superhero i created like 2 years before those stupid vampire movies came out.
