GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY VOL. 2 Featurette Reveals Baby Groot Footage NOT In The Movie

Baby Groot steals the show in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2, with the scenes where he's forced to join the Ravagers a major highlight. Before the adorable sentient tree is doused in booze and forced into a cute little uniform, we see him in a cage and this new featurette offers up some fresh dialogue from Gef (Steve Agee) as he asks Taserface if it would be ok to "poke its eyes out." Whoa, too far!

There are also some interesting bits and pieces of information here about the thought process which went into Ravager Groot and it will be interesting to see how many extra scenes with both this group of villains and Baby Groot we end up getting when the DVD and Blu-ray hits stores a little later this year.

Fingers crossed, anyway, as e was a teenager in one of the movie's after-credits scene and he will more than likely be an adult when he appears in Avengers: Infinity War, so the young version of the hero is one we had for this movie only. What did you think of Baby Groot's role in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2? As always, be sure to let us know your thoughts on that and the video below in the usual place.

@MeAreLegend - I agree. Better script, better plot, better story, better songs, better action. Better all around. Maybe my favorite marvel film next to The Avengers.
