Karen Gillan Isn’t Sure If She’ll Go Bald For GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY VOL. 2
While attended a panel last week at the Fan Expo Canada 2015, Guardians of the Galaxy actor Karen Gillan provided a brief update regarding her look in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2. Will she go bald once more? Check out her thoughts after the jump!
Many fans weren’t too happy with Karen Gillan going bald to play her character Nebula for Guardians of the Galaxy. While many blamed Gunn, he responded by tweeting the following: “If you are sending me hate messages about making @KarenGillan2 shave her head, you might consider the overall state of your life," After that, he then went on how to say how a bald-cap looks to fake, and other things that supported his decision. Even so, some fans still disapproved of the decision, and hoped that a change would take place in the sequel film.
Last month James Gunn responded to a fan on twitter who asked him will Nebula have hair. He simply responded by saying “No,” with a period. However, during Karen Gillan’s appearance at the Fan Expo Canada 2015, she revealed that, that decision is still up in the air. “I can say, that I have not read the script yet. I will be back. And I still don't know if I'm going to be bald or not." She then added, “There's a possibility. I don't know why or how, but there is." Even though she said there’s a possibility, it seems as though James Gunn is pretty strong on his decision.
