FAN ART: How It May Look if the 'Iron Ghost' Entered the MCU

What if the Ghost Rider possessed Tony Stark and inhabited the Iron Man suit? This was the thought I recently had, and it led me to make this piece of fan art to share. I give to you all, the Iron Ghost!

Recently I was procrastinating at work (don't tell!) and I ended up going down the Youtube rabbit hole which led me to gameplay videos of various GTA V mods. I came across a video where someone (I'd give a shout out if I could remember the channel) simultaneously ran mods for turning your character into Iron Man AND Ghost Rider and it created an insane blend between the two! The video referred to it as the Iron Rider, though I know in Marvel's comics a branch of the multiverse included a version of this character called the Iron Ghost. It was awesome to watch; an amazing blend of the two looks. A black Iron Man suit, flaming skull, metal melting off the suit as it flies around, the whole works.

I then got thinking how awesome it would be to see something like this in the MCU. It could happen! Rumors persist of one or several Ghost Riders being introduced in movies or Disney+ shows in the coming years, and you know Marvel would love a reason to bring RDJ back. Also, they are diving head-first into the multiverse with both movies and streaming shows. Imagine meeting in Multiverse of Madness a version of Tony Stark who after being left for dead by Thanos, agreed to the infamous deal with the Devil to get vengeance.

Now will this happen? I highly doubt it, it just sounds really cool to me. There may me a good story there, but I doubt it's the top choide for how to use RDJ if they get him back. But none of that has to stop me from trying to bring this idea to life in my own way. If nothing else, I think I made some decent art for the man cave. Given that, I thought I would share it with the world and hope others can get enjoyment with it too.

I based this design off Iron Man 3's Mk. XLI armor- appropriately nicknamed 'Bones'. I felt it would give it an appearance as if the outer layer of the suit had burned and melted away leaving behind the redhot frame and circuitry. I borrowed aspects of the Robbie Reyes Ghost Rider from Agents of SHIELD, particularly with the helmet design. Similar to how the Rider can channel his powers through guns and other weapons, I imagine here he would be able to blast hellfire from Iron Man's repulsor cannons and augment the suit's various other weapons as well. I had fun making this, so I hope you all enjoy it!
