Surely the person they will cast won't need to portray the character similar to Kingsley's portrayal in Iron Man 3 or like he originally was in the comics where he was in a wardrobe running a chinese dynasty and having long hair and beard because we wouldn't want the actual version of the character to be that difficult for them to adapt in the MCU but they do need have him wield the ten power rings in his hands, have him don the same magic enhanced black suit of armor he wore in Iron Man Armored Adventures and Marvel Disk Wars The Avengers and ensure that he will blend in with the civilized world of the Marvel Cinematic Universe and have his real name go by Zhang Tong and as the councilman after Yen and he is to be the very Mandarin that Iron Man is to fight throughout the MCU from Iron Man 4 and onward.

For the character to flawlessly adapt in the MCU his origin would regard him being an asian immigrant who arrived in South America during the early 1980's and during his tour inside the ruins of Machu Pichu where he suddenly stumbles upon a hidden trap door that leads him down to a secret room where he discovers the rings. For days the dragon is to have his Zhang as his successor learn how to use the power of the ten magic rings and in human form he teaches him some of his high classed martial arts skills. then a few years later he meets up with his wife in one of the Central American countries and rescues her from being killed by american troops under Hydra's influence, teleports her safely to her relatives in Rio Brazil, and helps her father's drug cartel fight off the invaders and despite failing to save her father from being assassinated by the Winter Soldier and upon discovering that Zola had corrupted some of the world's most powerful government officials into rebuilding HYDRA, Zhang as the Mandarin along with his wife's brother take charge of the cartel and reorganized it as the next generation of the Ten Rings, where they start out recruiting more men around the world who were oppressed by both Russian and US American forces under HYDRA's influence over the years and secretly waging war against them before and after HYDRA was exposed to the world in Captain America: The Winter Soldier. After all, HYDRA cannot possibly have every villain and country the US and Russia had wars against since 1945 under its influence and since the Mandarin's goal in the comics was to wipe any and corrupt human being off the face of the Earth, it should be his very goal that he seeks to aim for by having all of HYDRA along with those that are corrupt wiped out in Iron Man 4 and onward.

While rumors of a female villain appearing in Iron Man 4 are still going on, it wouldn't hurt for the movie to include one but they cannot have her act as the film's main antagonist and certainly NOT as the Mandarin by anymore twists or lusts for more severe creative changes, Instead she is to act as one of the film's secondary antagonists doing business with the Ten Rings and the Mandarin Zhang Tong. She would provide them with weapons and technology for their needs as well as resources for the Mandarin's plan. The female villain that Marvel is to have allied with the Mandarin in Iron Man 4 is Sunset Bain who should also act as the MCU's Crimson Cowl since she is a technical genius
6. Another Iron Man villain that Marvel should include as an ally to the Mandarin in Iron Man 4 as well as a loyal subordinate is the Ghost. Here in the film the Ghost is to be a high ranking member of the Ten Rings as well as a boy the Mandarin rescued during the drug wars in Guatemala during the mid 80's who over the years was trained by Zhang into becoming his elite mercenary assassin. 7.For the real Mandarin's endgame in the film to work flawlessly in which Iron Man has to stop him from accomplishing, a fourth villain is to play a part in the film's climatic battle as both a heavily armed airship just like the Project Insight Helicarriers from the movie Captain America The Winter Soldier
but bigger and with that villain being able to transform into this big airship and back and maybe piloted in its true form Ultimo
In the comics the Mandarin used Ultimo to primarily destroy Iron Man but here in the film he will use it to wipe out as many active HYDRA bases crawling with troops until Iron Man stops him

With Robert Downey Jr expected to reprise his role, other supporting characters that he should work with are his brother Arno, Bethany Cabe, and others. 9 With Pepper up to returning. she in this film will need to obtain her Rescue armor here and now and since Rhodey survived his fall, he will be sure to walk again in this film and help Tony once again as War Machine and Trevor Slattery is to return as the Mandarin's prisoner. 10. Iron Man and the Mandarin (Zhang Tong) are to engage in their first long waited epic battle on the air ship before Ultimo is activated in its true form

After Ultimo's destruction, the Mandarin as Councilman Zhang Tong will bail Helmut Zemo out of jail in Germany so that the both of them can start making arrangements on finding more villains like them and form the rooster of the MCU's Masters of Evil as well as help train Zemo on his combat skills so that he will be able to take on Captain America in the Phase 4 Avengers movie Now all we need to do wait for Marvel to confirm Iron Man 4 for Phase 4 along with everything else in this article to be confirmed true and hope that they won't screw up again like they did in Iron Man 3.
