I am more of a Marvel fan (comics and movies) but DC's animated movies are mind-blowing! This is definitely in my top 10 movies. It has action, drama, excellent character interaction and amazing visuals. Its about how one small action can change everything. I especially loved that the Flash was in the centre of it all (I know Flashpoint DUUUUH) but it's a dramatic change as most of DC's animated films have more focus on Batman and Superman. It felt a little rushed at parts but overall it was really very well done. This film has an excellent plot and I love seeing the alternate versions of our favourite characters. I really enjoyed seeing Aqualad in the mix! I highly recommend you see this Masterpiece! Nice one. Saw it. Good stuff. Doesn't skimp on the violence, which is good, but Bruce Timm is sorely missed. As is Chris Drake. The score was pretty good, but it wasn't Chris Drake, y'know?
Lots of missed opportunities as far as easter eggs go. There were a few, like the moth homage to Dark Knight Returns and the shot sequence from Superman - The Movie, but with the rocket flying past the Kents and the voice cast reference previous DVDs, the DCAU and the Teen Titans cartoon. But I was still hoping for this to be a big fan-service film, like Turtles Forever was for TMNT fans. Ah well. It was good enough. Looking forward to Justice League War. Looks like we'll be having a consistent universe, now.

It was an ok movie overall. Definitely not one of DC animations best. I really wish they would get away from doing American comic book characters in an anime style. It really effects my appreciation of the storyline because its distracting. A 4 out of 10 for me.
