Deviantly Delicious GotG Easter Egg that hints at an upcoming MCU flick?

The seeds for The Eternals may have been planted long ago with this overlooked scene taken for face value by the viewing audience. But lo and behold, there might be more than meets the eye!

In the monumentous scene where the story of the infinity stones are first and formally revealed to the audience, we have an anectode about a group that was once "able to share the [infinity stones'] energy amongst themselves", but only for a moment until they were consumed by that energy.

This seems like quite a telling MCU moment to be forgotten quite quickly by most. When watching this scene, the individuals are dressed in somewhat ceremonial garb that hides their appearance. Below those garbs, might we see some grotesque, near immortal creatures thought capable of harnessing the stone's power? When being consumed by the energy of the power stone, the individuals seem to flail in an unnatural way, without any limb movements. The faces seem to be obstructed with more covering and lack any facial expressions. They seem like lifeless puppets hidden under layers.

The Deviants are antagonists of The Eternals, and this scene may actually show The Deviants at work. Many of The Deviants are depicted as frightening creatures, often hidden under disguises of their own accord. Deviants are also early experiments of The Celestials. So this theory could all fit well.

Do you agree that we may have seen some of The Deviants and not known about it?

For Christ's sake! Is this like that little kid from Iron Man 2 was supposed to be Peter Parker!? The MCU is organized, but it's not that well organized.

@Kozmik - I don't even consider this an Easter Egg...It's just something people seem to skip over when watching Marvel films because there's so much to focus on and all of our attention is either on the mission or the heroes/villains.

Regarding your mention of MCU not being organized...Marvel has been planting the seeds towards Endgame since the first Iron Man.

@SweetLou2478 - No, it hasn't–and if it was point me to some evidence. What Marvel Studios has done is parlay the success of their eariler movies–who's success it's worth mentioning was far from certain–into an interconnected cinematic universe.

What that the plan from the first Iron Man? In terms of intent? Maybe. In terms of actually shooting the movie? Probably not.
