Welcome Kimmy. I take it from your avatar that you're a fan of the Amazonian princess. If so, I look forward to your posts and insight. You might want to keep an eye out for another admirer of the 'golden lassoed-one' - KeepItReal. She's a treasure-trove of information on Diana. I'm sure she'll pop up eventually on one of your threads and say 'hello'.

By-the-by, who would you like to see play Wonder Woman in a live-action movie? The name that has been most tossed around on this site is Jodi Lyn O'Keefe. I'm partial to either Maggie Q, Michelle Ryan or Rhona Mitra. What's your take on this?

Hi Kimmy and Welcome!

And HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Another WW fan! I like Wonder Woman too
even though I'm a man! I don't think gender has
much to do with liking comic book characters and
their movies though!

Most of all have fun 'cause I really have fun here!

Thanks dellamorte for the warm welcome. Not alot of girls like comics. If I walk into a comic book store with my hubby they talk to him and not me. I am use to it. But I think it's funny because he dosen't even know who Flash is or know any Robin's by name. I just laugh because he dosen't love comic like I do. He's into Dukes of Hazzard.
Thanks again and take care

Hi loganoneil,
Yes I am a huge fan be collecting W.W for over 25 year's. I use to get without my parnet's knowing in the 80's at 4 am and try to watch the t.v show. I even got a post of a promo that the Warner Brothers store did. It say's you can be the next Wonder Woman.

I did want Megan Fox to play her but with her attiude she's not a good choice for me right now. I really haven't thought about how I would like to play our favorite Amazon Princess. But I think that Lynda Carter should play Hippolyta plus I think it's the right thing to do.

I do read the site alot. This is my 1st page and just started to make comment's on other people's page's. So we can keep on eye for each other. Thanks for the Welcome and hope to see you around.
Take care Kimmy

Hi DDD,
Hi and thanks for the welcome. I didn't mean it like that. We can all love Wonder Woman. I just met it as get a girl's point of view. Not alot of girl's like comic book's. Like I said before I walk into a comic store here in Fla. and they alway's talk to my hubby and not me.

But I love comic's and it's great to go to the cons here in Fla too. I got to meet Martin Nodell 20 year's ago and George Perez almost every year. It's nice to meet some of the people that bring some joy into your life. Thanks for the welcome and hope you have a Happy New Year too. I hope I can bring some fun to the site and look forward to joining in on some too.
Thanks Kimmy

Megan Fox?! Uhhh... ok. I really can't see her "kickin' @ss and takin' names" (plus I don't think she has the acting skill-set to acurately portray the nobility of our favorite Amazon), but you're right about one thing. The girl is in need of a SERIOUS attitude adjustment, 'cause it stinks!

TOTALLY AGREE with you on the Lynda Carter call - it's only proper!

See you 'round the CBM universe!

sorry for the lack of update's. My hubby went on my computer and downloaded a game and I got a virus. I lost everything on my computer. So now I have to start over and it really pees me off lol. Thanks for the pic Phinehas. Money is tight this month so sadly I can't get the comic. Tell me what you think of it if you can.

loganoneil I would have loved Lucy Lawless as W.W. but I dont think that will happen. Alot of ppl think she's to old. I was so happy when she did her voice in Justice League: The New Frontier. But I don't think they will do anything with the movie for a little while. Which break's my heart and then they wonder why Marvel is kicking butt with movie's and they are not.

thanks LEEE777 and hope you have a Happy New Year too!!
Take care everyone Kimmy

Tell me about it! If only Warner Brothers would pull their heads out of their sphincters and realize there's more to DC than just Batman and Superman! And since it looks like they might be loosing the Big Blue Schoolboy to legal battles, they'd better do it quick ('cause as much as I love him, I can't see Green Lantern filling the void!). It's about time the studios developed a CB film about a strong female lead (I REFUSE to acknoledge that POS 'Catwoman' movie)! I've got a 14 year-old goddaughter who's totally into comics, and it chaps my @ss to see 'the good 'ole boy' network always in play! What about more role models for her?!
