US based production company TOMCAT FILMS and Canadian filmmaker Brett Kelly (>i>Iron Soldier, Prey for the Beast, My Dead Girlfriend) have teamed up to shoot the superhero action film THUNDERSTORM: THE RETURN OF THOR. The movie is executive produced by Ted Chalmers (Man With the Screaming Brain, Alien Apocalypse) and written by Trevor Payer (She-Rex, Avenging Force: The Scarab). The plot is as follows:

A group of religious zealots plot to resurrect their evil deity, the Norse Goddess of the Underworld HEL. The God of Thunder, Thor, in an attempt to stop the plot, sends a portion of his mighty power to Earth and gives it to his descendant, a scientist named Grant Farrel. Grant, along with Glenda, a police detective, team up to stop the evil goddess before she can use her powers to conjure the deadly MIDGARD DRAGON. Based on the Fox Features comic of the 1940's.
The movie is now in post-production and stars Ray Besharah (Prey for the Beast), Karin Landstad (Kingdom of the Vampire), Jody Haucke (The Bonesetter) and newcomer Celine Filion.

Sounds pretty good. When will this see the light of day? And...will ther be any kind of dragon in this movie or they just talk about it? Hmmm...guess we will see.
