Whether you believe that Predators could kill aliens or that AVP and AVPR were good movies, you can not disagree that a movie about the planet of the Predators would be an amazing movie. Predators is about a group of humans that have to fight for survival on the alien planet.
Recently it was revealed that Daniel Trejo was going to be in this after Machete. This will be the second movie that Trejo does with Robert Rodriguez after Machete comes out. Rodriguez is producing this film and directing Machete. Another actor added to this movie is Walton Goggins(Shield). And when asked if Schwarzenegger would reprise his role he said that he would consider it.
Below is a list of the main characters.
* Royce: main character, a Steve McQueen-type
* Cuchillo (Trejo): a Mexican enforcer from a drug cartel who has twin uzi strapped to his back
* Nikolai: a frightening, Russian bear-of-a-man, armed with a four barrel, gas powered, rotary machine gun
* Isabelle: a tough-as-nails woman armed with a sniper rifle and speaks French
* Stans: A prisoner with a shaved head, a scorpion tattoo on his neck and armed with a prison-made knife
* Mombassa: An African member of the Sierra Leon death squad
* Hanso: a bad-ass Japanese Yakuza enforcer
* Edwin: a small unassuming man who is formerly one of FBI's most wanted
Another character not listed above is a man that was kidnapped by the Predators years ago and is now hiding to stay alive. A role that is rumored to be for Schwarzenegger, but that has yet to be confirmed. Predators comes out July 7th 2010.
