My oh my Dane, how things change in such an instant. Despite your wasted talent, I agree with you, however, while I do want to keep it small I can assure you that I am not looking for it in Oscorp.
Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, everyone else who goes on this site: As you may or may not have heard, Sony is splitting a deal with Marvel to ensure us that he does get to share screen-time with other characters. While he is not fully home yet, I am excited in this new tale Marvel could very much spin around with. As heard, Marvel is looking for new younger actors that could essentially play the web-slinger himself.
I was thinking this movie could be a cross of Perks of Being A Wallflower meets Kick-Ass in terms of tones and themes, as the whole movie Peter is faced with trust issues and having to juggle his relationships with other students.
With that in mind, I bring you this fan-cast brought from the very mind that is trying to avoid Doom's critiques ever so decisively.

While this guy is still sort of relatively unknown, his performances have been heard as great, throughout the site I've been hearing names tossed back and forth between Dylan O'Brien and Logan Lerman, but quite rarely did I ever hear his name pop up. Before I thought to myself, "The kid from 'Hugo'? As Spidey? Nah." However, I was wrong, he indeed has the looks to play a kind, geeky, warm-hearted kid. Bullied? I don't buy it.

Mary Jane Watson
This one was a definite wildcard, I didn't want to cast Bella Thorne as she played to me more as the always-popular high-school girl. But, in the Ultimate comics, while MJ was depicted as popular, quite frankly there was always a difference between knowing a lot of people and being popular. This girl had the first one quite easily. Strange thing is, MJ is depicted as hot, sexy, and feisty, I never wanted that from her (Well, okay maybe a little.) But I always imagined the "girl-next-door" as being down-to-earth, genuinely nice, and never intending to think more than what they actually are. I've only seen her in a few films, but she has decent acting chops and could play a fiercer, happier, and sadder version of an MJ that could beat the crap out of Kirsten Dunst.

I know what you're thinking, goddamn relax. Emma Stone did a wonderful portrayal of Ms. Stacy in 'The Franchise Killer', however, this time around I'm not looking for an innocent girl with a little zest. I was aiming for a more contemporary, quick-witted, punkier version of Gwen Stacy. I want the women in Peter's life to be able to step up like he has, and try to do something about the situation at hand. Something that was there in the previous reboot, but was vaguely strucken upon due to the banter between Gwen and Peter.

I'll be frank with you, I've never seen the kid act before. My friend suggested to me that he play the part of Peter Parker, but at first glance I thought he could be Flash Thompson instead. But when going through this casting decision, while he indeed looked like a d-bag, he looked like a d-bag with some sensitiveness in his eyes. Add that to him wearing a suit and I immidiately thought, HARRY OSBORN!
Keep in mind, I'm not pushing this as a prominent role or a villanious role, but just a cameo in the beginning of the movie.

Aunt May
A fan-favorite amongst CBM users, I believe Mrs. Curtis has what it takes to be the strong, independent, brave aunt I depicted her as. Sally Field struck an okay performance, Rosemary Harris was the wise Aunt May, it's time to bring in a more fleshed-out version of the character I'd been waiting for.

Uncle Ben
HEY, IT'S A HALLUCENATION AND FLASHBACK, CALM DOWN. This version of Uncle Ben I wanted was a wiser, more laid-back person than depicted by both Martin Sheen and the late Cliff Robertson. I wanted him to be a strong-willed, hippie uncle that I was quite fond of... He's also pretty kick-ass.
Matthew Goode as
Quentin Beck/Mysterio
Yes, he is the main villain of the movie. I want this film to center on trust, and how since the 18 months Peter's life changed, he pretty much has everything and nothing in his life. What better way to torment him more than bring in a failed-actor-turned bank-heister who also happens to be a master manipulator/illusionist. I felt Matthew could bring that due to his performance as Ozymandias in Watchmen. He could play decisive, arrogant, manipulative, etc etc. Add on the after-events of Civil War and you're in for a hell of a movie.

Give it a thumbs up if you liked it, and if you guys want to know who I'd pick for a director, it'd be Matthew Vaughn. He has pulled some pretty balls-y moves in terms of film-making, and I'd say him directing the first film for Spider-Man would be pretty damn cool.
P.S, someone get Henry Jackman to compose, his First Class/Kick-Ass soundtrack was by far awesomer than what Hans Zimmer could muster up for that inexcusable mess of a score.
