Spider-Man: Far From Home featured a lot of spectacular visual effects, and yet another batch of stills have been released today which showcase many of those shots. As well as a look at the creation of Peter Parker's new Upgraded Suit, we get to see how a number of important moments were brought to life and enhanced with the use of special effects.

For example, that field of tulips Peter stands in as he meets Happy Hogan was created completely from scratch, and appears to have originally been shot in a dreary, empty field in the UK!

We also get to take a look at the bus and London-set scenes, along with shots of the Stark Industries satellites Mysterio took control of thanks to E.D.I.T.H. These are all really amazing. and if you enjoyed the sequel, you have to check them out (some of these are definitely wallpaper worthy, too).

These are actually really nice. Can't say the same for the PS4 graphics suit that he wore the entire movie.

@THEDARKKNIGHT1939 - Definitely an upgrade from the Homecoming suit CGI. What gets me most is how tight fit it is and the lack of wrinkles, it bothered me a lot in Homecoming but while I noticed it in FFH, it never took me out of the film.

@THEDARKKNIGHT1939 - CGI is just difficult to get right.

I'm not giving anyone a pass though.

If they can't do it then it should be practical.

I could tell the suit was fake even in the photos. Like the Mysterio illusion sequence that was shown a few weeks ago.

@AbidNaga - Interesting. Opposite for me. I thought Homecoming's was actually slightly better, but they both took me out of the film every time. Damn shame. The practical suit was perfect.

@Comicbookart - Exactly. I know it can't be 100% real for every shot (swinging scenes for example), but if you look at the Raimi films, even the Webb films, they always blended CGI with real practical stunts.

And there's certainly no excuse for scenes where he's literally just standing still and looking around.

Yeah, that Mysterio sequence looked like a video game cinematic. An awesome one, but a video game nonetheless. I just can't get invested in a scene like that if I know it's meant to take place in the real world.

This is why I think it's unfair for people to complain about the Star Wars prequels overusing CGI. Many movies "overuse" CGI. The problem with some films is that the CGI is bad. In films with good CGI like this, you can't tell.

Looks like I'm in the minority here. The field of flowers was definitely CGI for me on the first watch - which threw me off from the moment because of the fact that they decided to CG the whole field. It personally didn't look good to me. It didn't get better after the third watch.

But that's a veeery tinsy nitpick from an amazing film.
