Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse swung into theaters this week and just about everyone on the internet is loving it. That includes Tom Holland, the actor who plays Peter Parker in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
The 22-year-old saw the animated film this weekend and shared his thoughts on social media. Like the rest of us, he was also impressed with what he saw, calling
Into the Spider-Verse "one of the coolest films I've ever seen" and encouraging everyone to go out and see it.
Holland has first-hand knowledge of what it's like to portray the iconic Marvel character on the big screen and with
Into the Spider-Verse offering multiple iterations of the web-slinger, it's cool to see Holland praise the movie. As both the movie and Holland's post proves, there's plenty of room in for multiple takes on the
Spider-Man character.
But he's hardly the only one gushing over the animated film, which opened to an impressive $35.4 million launch and earned the
Spider-Man franchise's first A+ Cinemascore. Spider-Gwen co-creator Jason Latour also
called it a "game-changer" for comic book movies.

Spider-Man: Far From Home, which opens in July.
