MARVEL'S SPIDER-MAN Teams Up With Ms. Marvel In New Clip For Season 2, Episode 5 - 'School Of Hard Knocks'

Disney XD's animated series Marvel's Spider-Man has had no shortage of cameos from heroes in the Marvel Universe and in tomorrow's episode, "School of Hard Knocks," fans will be treated to an appearance by Ms. Marvel (aka Kamala Khan).

Marvel has released a sneak peek from the episode, giving us a glimpse at Spider-Man and Ms. Marvel's tag-team potential.

In the episode, Spider-Man infiltrates an elite boarding school when he runs into and is forced to team up with Ms. Marvel, who is on her first solo Avengers mission. While she's not crazy about the idea of sharing her assignment, it looks like the two make a formidable duo.

In addition to Ms. Marvel's cameo, it looks like we'll get some appearances by other Avengers as well. An accompanying image from the episode (above) features Captain America, Hulk, and Captain Marvel (Carol Danvers).

Of course, Danvers was the original Ms. Marvel before Kamala Khan assumed the mantle. Danvers ultimately became Captain Marvel and is actually getting her own solo film, starring Brie Larson, in Marvel's Cinematic Universe. So while Danvers gets the big screen spotlight, it's nice to see Khan get some attention in Marvel's Spider-Man.

You can catch Ms. Marvel team up with Spidey in the new episode of Marvel's Spider-Man tomorrow, July 9 at 6:30pm ET/PT on Disney XD. Captain Marvel, on the other hand, is hitting theaters March 8, 2019.

This show really fricked up the current Marvel animated universe. It's a different Peter from Ultimate Spider-Man but he still crosses over with all the other characters.

@Nightwing1015 - I know, right? The new attempt at a Marvel Animated Universe they've been trying to sell us on since Ultimate Spider-Man seems less like a good idea more than ever.

How is Ms Marvel around when Spidey is still in High School? LOL I know this isn't the comics but it's so jarring, might as well have Boruto attend class with Kakashi or Kid Trunks fight alongside kid Goku against the red ribbon army or Daenerys fight alongside Aegon the conqueror with her riding Drogon while he's riding Balerion the black dread.

@Chaos200 - Yes I know all these sound cool but it's also stupid and they only sound cool because they are all cool characters, Ms Marvel? No.

I love Kamala. Honestly so happy she’s a welcome part of the Marvel universe. That being said this show has been horrible since episode one and I wish Marvel animated could be better already

Love that comic when Nova and Ms. Marvel first meet prior to them joining the avengers and the arc with them and Vision after.

I really want to love this show but these days Spider-Man cartoons are stuffed with crossover characters. I just want to see Peter Parker deal with stuff on his own just like the Spectacular Spider-Man series.

I just watched the first episode of this season. I really hope it gets better. The first season was a step up from the ultimate Spider-Man. But Disney is not making good cartoons these days. The Guardians of the Galaxy was so bad I had to just stop.
