Did Set Photos Reveal The Possible Cameo In MAN OF STEEL?

A couple of days ago, a new rumor popped up that said an actor from a classic Superman movie or TV show would be making a cameo appearance in Man Of Steel. However, did set photos taken from the Chicago shoot reveal just who the cameo might be? Click here to take a look.

A very interesting rumor was brought to my attention the other day. That rumor stated that an actor from a historical Superman show or movie would be making a cameo in the upcoming Zack Snyder film, Man of Steel. People were told to think outside the box when it came to the cameo, so naturally all kinds of crazy ideas were being thrown around. Including that it might be the late great Christopher Reeve. While this sounds crazy, it might not be too far fetched. Thanks to some Batman like detective work from a Spanish site, and a heads up from @ManofSteel_2013, set photos that were taken from the Chicago set seem to reveal that the cameo might be of Reeve and his classic Clark Kent persona. Check out the set photos below, that show a man dressed in the Kent type clothes Reeve wore in the opening credits to Superman III.

Now check out this photo of Reeve, that features a side by side comparison of the man in the set photo blown up.

Could this be someone that they happen to dress like this on set? Maybe. However, it is rather doubtful that they would dress someone this way for a movie set in these modern times. How they will choose to do the cameo if they are going to keep it in the film will be interesting too. Will you see his face? If you do will they CGI it in? You can check out to see if this cameo will actually come to fruition when Man Of Steel opens on June 14.

If they intend to cameo chris reeve, this is kinda poor taste...

The cameo has been revealed to be the bully who beat up Clark at the bar in Superman II.

Also, Michael Shannon has revealed he will throw a cellophane 'S' at some point

I'm all for a 5 second CGI Reeve cameo, why not keep the great mans memory alive? I highly doubt he would have been opposed to this.

I hate that you say it as though it's actually Reeve. It's just a guy that's dressed up like him.

CGI would be cool but only if it's for like a second. He would just have to be in the background.

If they actually go a reeve cameo I don't think it will be cgi, I think it will be a clip from one of the superman movies, digitally cut and pasted into a scene.

Also how is that disrespectful, the man and his family were superman. A nod to the reeve family is the least they could do

In a perfect world, they should have had Ryan Reynolds and Christian Bale walking toward Clark as one of the very last scenes. I know Bale isn't going to be in it, but had they set up the movies right, they could have. As far as Reynolds goes, that is still up in the air.

And I hope they DON'T do a Reeve cameo, that is weird and a little distasteful I think.

I think it could be CGI or pasted in. Part of me thinks its a little bad if his family doesnt get any credit cuz Reeves is dead. However, the other part of me thinks its a nice homage to superman and im sure fans and his family would love it! MOS FTW!

I heard it was the random fruit vendor who caught the guy trying to lift an orange in the director's cut of Superman: The Movie.

"..Where you goin'?"

And If you look close enough you'll also see a woman in a dress not dissimillar to a outfit Linda Carter wore once in Wonder Woman. Could Wonder Woman be in it too? And the guy on the far left wearing a white t shirt with a dark circle in the middle of his chest, could that be Tony Stark as well!

Boy, really grasping at straws on this one aren't we? Besides, what the [frick] would be the point of CGing Reeve into this? Not to mention it's [frick]ing disgusting and distasteful
