Goyer and Snyder may not like Lex Luthor. But he has many fans eagerly awaiting him to finally get a REAL TRUE depiction WITHOUT real-estate involved.

I happen to be one of those hardcore fans. Lex Luthor has always been my #1 comicbook villain.
