Superman in costume? Will Clark finally tell Lois?

Michael Ausiello (EW.com) reports,

Question: Any new Smallville scoop? —Adelle
Ausiello: Present-day Clark comes face-to-face with future Clark (a.k.a. Superman) in next Friday’s 200th episode. But I’m pretty sure that’s old news. Here’s some new news. In the Oct. 22 episode, Clark finally decides to tell Lois his secret. Which is kind of funny because that’s the same episode she decides to tell him her secret: that she already knows! Hilarious, right? I thought it was.

Hopefully this means we finally get to see him in the costume even if it's a future sequence. Also Clark tells Lois before he's even Superman? Before Perry White and the Daily Planet or Jimmy Olsen? Honestly "Smallville" is really taking a lot of artistic license which may even disrespect the backbone of the Superman world.

They sure did, witch is why I pretend nothing other than the first 4 seasons and season ten happen/ed.

Not that I even watch the show often to be honest... That being that main reason.

I'm glad they didn't stick to the comics. Not everything has to follow the same canon unless you're a fanboy who can't deal with it.

the show is great imo, but Lois Should not know yet. that was one of the many stupid choices made by them

They departed the basic cannon long ago with storylines and character changes that are strangely ignored. If you look at what they've done and accept it since you/we have no choice, they are simply continuing on that path. It's not worth being upset. And it's Friday night, go out to the movies instead of "watching in horror."
I say all this with all the disappointment that has built since season six.

Well possibly not, I think (Unfortunatly) Clark may kiss Lois and take all the memories of her knowing his secret before he becomes Superman and before the Season Finale. Or get Jor-El to erase that and have possibly her memories of Clark all with his glasses. I just hope not though.

Plus I actually love the show, It's my favourite. Those who are gonna write bad comments about the canon of it all, go get lost. Seriously the canon has been lost since Season 4, get over it. Just don't click on it if you don't like Smallville.

Smallville is based on Superman but it isn't following the comics strictly. But that hasn't been the case since they introduced meteor freaks, cave paintings and Veritas, and not to mention super-kryptonite-Lana Lang and Red Queen Ma Kent. At this stage, does it matter? As long as they finish it well and it makes sense within it's own continuity (which it finally seems to be doing).

Just think of Smallville as taking place on Earth-PrimeTime or Earth-CW if it makes it easier to digest...maybe they can have a crossover with animated series Superman or Dean Cain Superman or something just to mess with everyone's heads...Oooooooooo

@ thenextavenger

you can't tell people to get lost because they might put a comment you don't like.

tough shit,we're all intitled to opinion on the show.

good or bad,its what the internet is for.

so the fanboys can bitch about shows & films that they dislike.

to me 95% of smallville is shit.

I don't understand why every article must be posted on to show your opinion when everyone already knows who does and doesn't like the show.

Just saying.

@ superguy1591

why do you feel bad for me ? :D

@ smallvilleisgood

its a way to channel your anger of the show, its better letting it out then keeping it in. :)

Don't get me wrong, if you don't like the show that's perfectly fine along with expressing your opinion. Sometimes though it becomes tedious especially for fans who want to see other fans opinions not just hate comments :)

@ superguy1591

yeah,your right.

its hard holding back what i really want to say,but i'm thinking about writing an article.

you know let all the hate out at once.

i did go over the top a lot of the time & i may of come across as a bit of a prick.

so now i'm gonna respect your comments as long as i get the same back.

i reckon someone should do a poll, what do you hate more smallville or x-men first class.

@Superguy1591- I agree damn...I feel bad for deadpool72. Dude can't voice his opinion without getting slammed every single time. I thought there was a thing called free-speech, but I guess not.

@ deadpool72...alright I can cut you some slack. You should always be able to express your opinion on any article. Nonetheless, sometimes you only say 'shit show' or 'smallville sucks'. Try to be specific about what you don't like on each article. Just a suggestion though...hate on brother...hate on.

I'm not a huge poster on here, but come on, while a lot of us watch the show and will continue to do so to see how it ends, come on: The show is horrible The writing is so sub-par, it doesn't even make sense anymore. I mean, what was with that episode last week? Did somebody's cousin write that?

All together, I'd be very surprised if Lois doesn't get her memory wiped about Clark's secret before show's end. As for Jimmy Olsen, who knows what they're going to do with that. Along with about 10 other characters, they introduced him as being the same age as Clark and co. That was stupid, but as long as they had it that way, they should have kept it that way.

So now what are they going to do? Have his little brother be the "real" Jimmy Olsen? So I guess he'll show up in about another 10 years. I mean, man alive these writers are stupid, they don't even know what they themselves want!
