Story
-It Starts with Flash-Backs
-Clark and Superman arrive
-Luthor shows his hatred for Superman
-Luthor Creates Parasite/Metallo
-Parasite-Rudy Jones is a Small Town robber who learns of a large shipment of money(really chemicals),The whole spill happens=Parasite
Metallo-I changed his origin a bit-John Corben is a Mercenary who was caught by Superman while trying to kill a diplomat(hired by Luthor),Well the diplomat strikes back and blows up Corben while being transported in a Swat truck.His body is Never found.Because Luthor took it.He makes up a "my mistake i'll fix it" lie=Metallo
-He uses Metallo,Parasite,and his own mechanical creations to try to kill Superman

Good cast dude.

Like I said on Hawk's article, I would have to see Hemsworth with black hair, but I think he would pull the role off. I'm still very much a Routh-advocate though hehe :)

I could see Bettany as Lex. Not my personal favorite (Colm Feore) but I reckon he'd still be a very good Luthor.

Haven't seen (or actually heard of) the Lois pick, but she looks the part.

Thanks for the 2 shout-outs with Jimmy and Perry! I think they're perfect for their respective roles. :)

I can't stand Statham as an actor, so no to him as Metallo, don't take it personally at all. If literally anyone cast him in a role I'd hate it, unless it's a completely silent one ;)

Jones would be great as Parasite.

nice. thumbs up. Its weird seeing JOhn Schneider though as the dad. I forever remember seeing him as one of the Duke boys from the Dukes of Hazzard. haha.

LOVE Tommy Lee Jones! i dont care what role he has. ;)

@NightAvengers4. Don't worry, I still like your cast! Not sure about Statham though... he doesn't fit.

I like your idea, minus Bizarro. Three villains is too much. Parasite and Metallo alone have had Supes on the ropes before. Bizzaro would be overkill. Save him for later.

No offence to you Nightavenger4 but I hate every single cast selection. I have seen way better picks for all of these. Sorry. And again I am not hating on you, just the picks. I think there are way better picks out there.

Dude I just finished writing a story that is just like yours.It has Metallo and Parasite.

The only ones i dont like are Mr. and Mrs. Kent and Parasite. and not to keen on Superman either. Like the rest though.

There is NOTHING about WORTHINGTON that embodies SUPERMAN. . . . . . . . . . . . . .NOTHING!!!

Yes he was good (borderline great) in AVATAR.....so what!!!! I wish everyone would get off his nuts and stop casting him in EVERYTHING!

I'm sorry, just my opinion, but this cast does not even come close to having the Superman feel movie world. I even think that this cast is not even close to want the characters look like. He is my cast for a reboot Superman movie.

Only one I don't like is Worthington as Supes. He was great in Avatar, but he is wrong for Superman on pretty much every level imaginable.

Obviously They can make people look taller! The last time i checked,Elijah Wood is not 3 feet Tall!

Parasite Im not so sure about that pick and I could care less about Jimmy although he's not a good pick in my opinion.

Thomas Jane and Tommy lee Jones great picks and I dont think your Lois pick could be any worse than RETURNS.

I like all your picks especially your Luther. The only one I dont like is Routh he is not Superman but Christopher Reeves as Superman. I think they should go with someone new. I have yet to see anything from him that shows he could play Superman from the comics.

BulliedNerd-Please tell me your not suggesting Tom Welling? And you said Routh was wrong for the role.
Tom Welling is a Cardboard actor whose only decent movie was The Fog,Which Sucked big time.
Routh has showed that he was good at playing Superman,Welling hasn't.

My argument is that the next Superman movie/reboot must have the characters written very similar to the show Lois and Clark: The New Adventures of Superman. In order for the movie to work that series was really close to the comics as you will get from the last five Superman movies. Smallville has a different tone compare to the comics, but some how it work extreme well with the character Tom Welling did. My opinion is that some write Clark the same way the was written in Lois and Clark: The New Adventures of Superman and Matthew Bomer would make that version work on the big screen.
