At the moment, the execs haven't heard anything they like yet but the kicker is that WB wants a NEW VILLAIN from Superman's Rogues Gallery to be the main antagonist...NOT LEX LUTHOR! Writers have been told to come in to the studio to pitch a story with a new villain but again, the WB hasn't bit on anything they heard yet.

Once again I hope he's not completely absent from the next film. He should have a more aloof presence and be on the sidelines while Supes dukes it out so to speak with the main villain. I'm sorry but I don't think the film would work very well if they just cut Lex and come up with some in-film pretext to attest for his absence. The series isn't quite ready to let him go. Maybe by the third film but not immediately....

They should use my origin story "The Last Son of Krypton" from my fansite. That would be so awesome!...but highly unlikely. oh well. one can dream.

Why are they being so difficult? The people who go to see these films have all spoken about what they'd like to see... Now, just get it done already!

...and P.S., kill that little bastard!

Exactly, keep Routh, the suit and Singer.

I liked the kid, but could live without him in the next one.
