With Man of Steel coming soon to cinemas and what seems like overwhelming support for Zack Snyder, I am here to disscus why I think Man of Steel could be the perfect jumping point for a JLA movie and DC Cinematic Universe.

1) IT S SUPERMAN, GODDAMMIT!!!

Superman is one of, if not the world's most well known superhero. With a right strategy and plan for the future of the DCCU, many fans that will love Man of Steel would be interested to see what is going on next.

2) AFTERMATH OF THE KRYPTONIAN INVASION

Seting the stage for other heroes introductions, I came up with an idea. While Superman appers to fight the rogue Kryptonians, other heroes are having their origin stories. For instance:

Wonder Woman is on Themiscrya, embracing her destiny as Man's world saviour

Green Lantern (Hal Jordan or John Stewart) is on Oa/in space fighting Manhunters etc...

Aquaman is still in Atlantis.

And Batman is observing the Kryptonian invasion, Knowing he is powerless to fight such beings.

The only hero I would introduce post-Kryptonian invasion is Flash because if he had gained his power, he would have immediate help which would be a plot hole.

3) IT WORKS BOTH WAYS

While some of you think that having a JLA movie could ruin the pace of the DCCU, I disagree. The only movie needed for a JLA movie to make sense is a Wonder Woman movie. It explain her origin and role in mans world. Post credits scene would include Batman at his batcomputer analysing these metahumans, setting the stage for the JLA movie.

4) TEASE, TEASE, TEASE!!!

As I mentioned, post credits scenes are my way of teasing other movies and plot progressionsMy post credits scenes would be something like this:

Man Of Steel: None, judging by what Zach Snyder is saying but i would include a shot of Superman flying past Themiscrya or Diana looking at the WW armor

Wonder Woman: Batman looking at his Batcomputer analysing metahuman activity and sightings. He is interested in a mysterious green light...

Green Lantern: Ties with the JLA movie: GL sumoned by the Guardians to disscus a Cosmic threat that is heading for Earth (Braniac) ,If not then a simple shot of yellow energy glowing from the central power battery.

Flash: Barry inviting his friend Hal for a game night, during which they reveal their secret identitys to each other.

And those are my opinions. Please share your opinions by commenting :)

Let's get one thing straight...Batman has a plan for everything. That's why he has repeatedly kicked Supes butt in the past.

This is the definitive Superman story for the 21st century movie wise. Of course his story is a little different in the comics, but we need this film, because the Donner films are outdated, and even those films weren't exactly the same as in the comics. Again we need a modern take to Superman that doesn't dismiss the fact that he is an alien so easily like the Donner films did. A believable first contact 21st century take on the greatest comic book superhero ever.

This is the perfect jumping point for a DCCU! With Nolans Dark Knight trilogy wrapped, nows the time for WB/DC to strike and kick this thing into gear if they're really serious. If it doesn't happen now, then it'll probably never happen

I really like that about the Guardians telling Hal Brainiac is on his way to Earth. But of course in a technological fashion that he's just there in a moment and they're to late. I'm a little afraid for Wonder Woman, the Flash and Martian Manhunter... Wonder Woman is a great superhero make no mistake but it's her backstory on the women's island you know.. And the Flash because all he really can is running fast and I don't really see how he could be such a help. As for Martian he can basically do the same things as Superman, which WW can do as well for some parts, and he's also from another world and should be hiding here for centuries already. Makes me wonder why he wouldn't've come in action to help Superman during the Kryptonian invasion...
