Shooting Titles for Thor and Captain America Movies

The filming titles for The First Avenger: Captain America & Thor films have leaked!

It's been done, many times before. A film's title is changed for shooting to keep prying eyes away from the sensitive/spoiler content of the film. According to Production Weekly, Marvel has chosen shooting names for their upcoming films, Thor & First Avenger: Captain America. Thor's filming title will be "Manhattan", while Captain America's title will be "Frostbite". Remember, Iron Man 2's shooting title was "Rasputin".

Thor will begin shooting in early January, while Captain America is scheduled to start shooting in June.

I think it's pretty obvious what Thor's shooting title ''Manhattan'' means. Dr Manhattan is gonna show up and steal the show by pwning Thor with his superior godlike skills.

It looks like they'll need to find a director for the Avengers who will go along with all the current cast members RDJ, CH, DC, EN, and SLJ. My guess is they'll reveal who will play Cap at about the same time they reveal the director for the Avengers. They should get a director FAST!!!

They start shooting CAP in june? Man they better hurry it up with the casting. Nobody from Marvel has said a word about that movie. Hope we hear something soon.

I think they're just trying to keep a tight lid on the Cap movie. Cap is their crown jewel and they want to blow everyone away.

Well lets look at what we know. Stark's dad worked on the Manhatten Project. So that must have something to do with how Thor ties in. Maybe the concept for the atom bomb comes from Asgard? I don't know. Still better then what you guys came up with.

Yeah and Thors gonna get all pissed off and shock Dr. Manhattans balls with his lightning and beat him senseless with his hammer....until of course, Triple H shows up to have a wrestling match with thor for his hammer in NYC @ madison square garden. :)

yall I am going nucking futs waiting for Captain America news. What the hell are they waiting on?

The offices opened up two months ago.. I bet they have been up to something already.

lol I wish I was like a PI or a surveilance expert or something. If I was I could bug their offices, and get us a nice steady stream of info mwahahahahahaha..

I really do think that they are going to have Tony's father involved with this because of the title Manhatten. Like the Manhattan Project his father worked on. Which could give a way to tie THOR with the rest of the Marvel universe. Seeing How his story is very different from the rest of the universe.

Also, Frostbite is just easy title.....its captain america being found in ice.

What do you guys think about THOR's working title and how it deals with its plot
