Hasbro is closing out this year's Transformers' 35th anniversay with some great products for fans, especially of the War for Cybertron line. Hasbro was kind enough to send us an awesome mailer showcasing some of their recent products, including items from their Transformers Cyberverse, BotBots and War for Cybertron lines.

The box was HUGE, so we decided to do a new box opening video, due in part to the holidays coming up.

The only details that Hasbro gave me was that they were sending out a mailer. The contents were a mystery, and I was pleasantly surprised! There are really items for ANY Transformers fan, young and old alike. The BotBots are especially cute and will be great for younger fans, or for parents that want to introduce their children to the Transformers universe.

I've included the latest box opening video below, which can also be found on our offciial YouTube channel!

Can you believe it's been 35 years since we were first introduced to Optimus Prime, the Autobots and their battle against Megatron and the evil Decepticons?!

What did you think of the box? My favorite was definitely Optimus Prime and Megatron! The cell shading that they did on these particular figures really set them apart and added some depth. Share your thoughts in the comment area below!

The War for Cybertron is amazing! The coloring just looks stupendous in them and with the classic designs being an extra boost. Got the Optimus Prime from that line for my godson (to surprise him with when I get home in a couple of weeks) and will probably get him the Megatron for Christmas if I can find it.

PS. Liverpool stores carry them.

@NateBest lucky I was planning on buying Optimus Prime and Megatron but wasn't sure yet thanks for posting the video gave me some good clarification on them. Still nice looking though.

Over the weekend I think I'll upgrade my CW's Megs.

OG Megatron was so cool. Why didn't they get the same guy to do his voice in the movies instead of Hugo Weaving? They got Cullen to do Optimus. Should have gotten the guy that did Starscream & Cobra Commander too.

I love transformers but box opening videos are stupid so I didn't click on it. Walk into a store and look at the items then buy them, these videos are not needed but are a cry for attention "look at me".. God damn I am cynical SOB this morning.

I have the first versions of the Megatron and Prime that don't have the "comic look" to them and they are fine figures indeed. I saw the comic versions in Wal Mart and immediately passed on them because IMHO they don't look right.

Also Earthrise Prime (next years line) looks absolutely BOSS!
