Season 5 of Better Call Saul is ready to hit AMC on February 23, leaving just over a month until fans finally get to see how Jimmy McGill completes his transformation into (spoiler?) Saul Goodman, the lawyer everyone loves to hate who was initially introduced in Vince Gilligan's Breaking Bad as played by the Bob Odenkirk.

Despite February 23rd being the date Better Call Saul returns to cable, many fans of the series watch it via the streaming giant Netflix and are already looking ahead to see when the final season of Saul's adventures will be available to view. Thanks to What's On Netflix, we now have some idea of the upcoming Netflix release schedule - at least for those regions that recieve the show the day after it airs.

As evidenced from the table below, there are ten episodes in the upcoming season, and Netflix confirmed back in September that the episodes would begin launching weekly starting February 24th, the day after the Better Call Saul Season 5 premiere.

The following schedule will apply to the UK, mainland Europe including Poland, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Turkey, and certain Latin American and Asian regions as well. South Africa, Spain, Canada, and Iceland will not receive the following weekly episodes of Better Call Saul Season 5.

Fans should be happy with this confirmation that all of the regions which previously saw weekly episode uploads are still going to do so - unlike Dynasty and Black Lightning which will no longer do the same going forward. Meanwhile, the United States and other regions are still waiting for Better Call Saul Season 4 to hit the streaming service, so there is at least a year's wait ahead of fans in the states.

@BlackBeltJones - whaaaat this is the final season?! Since when?!

@globaltravels - I just heard as well. I think, like BB, they don't want to go past 5. Also, its only a year before the events of BB take palce too.

@BlackBeltJones - you couldn’t have heard because it’s still up in the air. It’s not even a logical assumption based on BBs number of seasons, considering how many more episodes were in each individual season of BB. Whoever wrote this clearly has no concern about being accurate. They just made an assumption. If there was any truth to this, a simple google search would elicit some scrap of confirmation but it doesn’t at all

@Androidautobot - I never claimed it what I heard was definitively true, only that I heard. It could be bs, what I heard. Probably is, but who knows.

wait, am I missing something, what here says that this is the final season?

Mind you, I've been thinking for months it was very possible this would be the last one, part of me even hoped so (the spinoff shouldn't last much longer than the original) but I don't know within this article what's supposed to be confirming season 5 is the last.

@LiteraryJoe - it’s an Instagram account. And that could mean anything. Hardly confirmation

That’s quite an assumption you (the writer) are drawing without any source to be cited what so ever. There’s been no confirmation what so ever that this will be the last season. The only information that can be gathered from a simple Google search is that it's still up in the air. If there was any truth to what you've written hear the results in said Google search would be clear as day, but they're not.

It's not even a logical assumption based on the number of BB seasons, considering how few episodes per season we've been getting with Saul vs how many episodes per season were in BB.

This site is usually pretty reliable. Seems a bit out of character to speculate about something as if it were fact when it's not verifiable what so ever.

@Androidautobot - The source that I cited, What's On Netflix, initially cited this as being the final season in the article that I cited as my source. Since then it has been updated to say that it is up in the air - and it was after I had already published this article. Thanks for bringing this bit to my attention, and I'll go ahead and edit/update my post as well.
