Developed by Frank Darabont, The Walking Dead is based on the long-running Image Comics series by Robert Kirkman, Tony Moore and Charlie Adlard. The drama, which follows a small group of survivors in the wake of a zombie apocalypse, stars Lincoln, Jon Bernthal, Sarah Wayne Callies, Jeffrey DeMunn, Laurie Holden, Steve Yeun, Emma Bell, Chandler Riggs, Michael Rooker and Norman Reedus.















The first season of The Walking Dead starts on October 31st on AMC.

Holy shit, I can't believe they featured this in Make Up Artist magazine. GODDAMN I WISH I WAS WORKING ON THIS, UGH. I'm looking forward to this like crazy.

Wow, after seeing that pic with rick axing that zombie convinced this show will true to its comic book gore somewhat but theres just some ungodly things in the comic that will never fully translate to the show, especially michonnes revenge on the govener and vice versa.

I luv me some zombie flicks, and having them on the small screen just makes it even better. We should have a match between the zombies of RE vs the zombies of tWD. Epic battle.

Yeah, these have got to be the most impressive looking zombies I've seen for a while as well. If the rest of the show is the same high quality as this then I can cope with it being only six episodes. :)
