paul anderson and everyone behind resident evil the films should take lessons from this. its going to be great awesome story telling, great character building and it looks creepy, abd scary as hell. if they would just remake resident evil and give a tone like this and less action and more story, and focus on characters, and the science elements in resident evil then they would have gold. i mean who wouldnt like to actually see a film like the first resident evil i nstead of having to go back and play threw every day just to see that awesome story, i mean its fun every once and awhile but if it was translated on to film that would be sweet. we would have zombies like we see here, awesome undercover spy's like berry and wesker, and scientists creating HUNTERS, a tyrant that doesnt talk like some cheesy goon, neptune, the snake, and plant 42.and of course the journals that kinda eerily explain whats going on in the mansion and the actors could read whats going on out loud to the others and could pull that off and not make it cheesy.it could be great. anyways looking forward to this and i for one did not watch the new resident evil they tricked me the last two time and will not get me again, unless they do a remake.

So far it looks pretty faithful to the comics. Very impressive.

I heard when its released on blu-ray there will be an option to watch in black and white. That's kind of neat.
